Non credo tornerei.
Pros:

Complessivamente pulita e moderna. Nulla da segnalare.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che al momento del check out mancavano due chiavi ( tessera ) visto che avevo prenotato due stanze una per noi e una per i ragazzi, una delle chiavi è stata lasciata sul tavolo durante la colazione e non l’abbiamo più trovata, l’altra lasciata in camera da uno dei miei figli non ci lasciavano andare causa mancanza delle tessere, a questo punto ho chiesto cosa dovevamo fare e ci hanno fatto pagare 1500 YPY per ogni tessere ( €8 ) non sono i €16 pagati ma bensì il principio che trovi assolutamente fuori luogo considerando che è un albergo 5 stelle. Mi ha cambiato completamente la prospettiva!!

良い旅の思い出
Pros:

スタッフの方達が皆感じがよく親切でした。お部屋も綺麗でした。夜のラウンジで飲み物、食べ物を提供してくださっていて落ち着けて良かったです。

Cons:

私達の部屋はたまたま2階だったので、窓の外は向かいの壁で見晴らしは良くありませんでした。

Key location with an intimate concept that really works.
Pros:

A very well designed hotel concept. Lovely rooms, staff and fantastic location in Kyoto, located strategically on a key subway and close to the Galleries, Philosophers Walk.

Cons:

Nothing. That being said this is a small hotel, only about 24 rooms, so don’t expect the facilities that come with a larger hotel.

A must stay hotel when in Kyoto!!
Pros:

Great location, wonderful staff, the breakfast was fresh and tasty. It’s located very close to several bus stops and the subway so we traveled all over Kyoto.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

A gem in Kyoto
Pros:

It's a boutique hotel, near a stream, excellent design of common spaces, cozy. Breakfast was good, free snacks and beverages in the afternoon. Very well located, in the same block of the metro station. Quiet neighborhood. The room was small but average to japanese hotels. Staff very helpful.

everything was awsome.
