Fijne locatie en vriendelijk personeel!
Kamer erg klein en veel zwarte vlekken op de muur. Douchgordijn geel uitgeslagen, kamer erg gedateerd met oude meubels en stukjes uit de muren. Geen koelkast op de kamer (eerste keer ooit)?? Erg apart. Normaal schrijf ik geen negatieve beoordelingen, maar voor het geld wat wij betaald hebben, hadden wij wat meer verwacht.
Localização, estrutura do hotel, amenidades e principalmente a simpatia e cordialidade dos colaboradores, principalmente o John (extremamente atencioso e prestativo)!

החדר עונה על הצרכים. המיקום נוח. ארוחת בוקר נראית עשירה, נאלצנו לאכול מעט כי היתה לנו טיסה מוקדם בבוקר.
בהזמנה היה כתוב שיש אפשרות חניה. לא צוין שהיא רחוב אחד ליד ושהיא מאד יקרה ולא נגישה כל כך.
The location and the size of the room. We were happy to be given a quiet room at a high floor with a partial waterfront view. Despite a few minor issues, it's a well-located property that offers good value for money.
We had booked the room for 2A1C. Upon check-in, we found that the sofa bed had not been prepared for the third guest. At reception, we were informed that we would need to set up the sofa bed ourselves, and that any additional pillows or blankets could be requested afterwards. This was the first time we had experienced this at a CQ property, and it was kind of disappointing. Thankfully the extra pillows/blankets were sent to our room after we had requested them. All good there.
Although we were allocated a nice room, the main bed had an unpleasant odour when we arrived (it was not the sheets). We reported this to reception and requested that the room be freshened up although it helped a little but the odour stayed. it was not a deal breaker if you can overlook it.
The reception staff could be more welcoming.
Struttura pulita e in una bella zona, macchina automatica per caffè e the disponibile a tutte le ore e dispenser d'acqua gratuita sia vicino alla reception che ai piani !
Camera ampia e in 3 siamo stati belli larghi, avevamo anche una piccola cucina con frigo,microonde e fornelli!
Forse la camera un po datata per un 4 stelle

A location is very great. We can go to subway and go to ferry building by just walk 3 minutes.
I can also walk to main tourist spots like Coit Tower, California Street, Cable Cars , Lombard Street, Pier 39 by just walk!! Love it
Room is old
Bel emplacement pour visiter SF, quartier calme. Personnel agréable, facilité du check in/ out. Service de bagagerie sans supplément. Salon d'accueil permettant de boire un vrai café, distribution de bouteilles d'eau fraîche. Laverie gratuite à disposition. Bon equipement de la salle de sport.
Grande chambre pour 4 ( un lit double confortable + un canapé lit ), petite kitchenette avec frigo et micro ondes.
Le petit déjeuner est proposé dans le restaurant à côté, un peu de choix en sucré, beaucoup plus en salé ( et très bon !)
Il faut prévoir un peu de temps pour le petit déjeuner ( service un peu long)
