Personnel très compétent. Check in et out très simples. Bon petit déjeuner ds le restaurant juste à côté de l hôtel. Machine a café a disposition. Machine a laver appréciable ds l hôtel.

Personally found the location to be good. I went with a small group and the lobby was a great place to gather and have free coffee/tea, either before leaving for the day or coming back at night. Loved that they had refillable bottles and cold filtered water available.
$100 deposit that I didn't know about, not sure if i just didn't read the fine print but it caught me off guard while checking in. The hotel has a "The Shining" vibe, so if you're not into that maybe not the best hotel for you or get there early and ask for a room near the elevator so that you don't have to walk through the 3 different hallways I had to.

A compact, slightly modernized room in a cleaner, quieter part of the city, with fewer homeless individuals and a more relaxed atmosphere—at least over the weekend.
the room was quite small (though it didn’t matter much since the goal was to spend more time out enjoying the city). The gym was also limited—tight space and few equipment options, especially if more people were using it at the same time.
