Ottimo hotel, centrale, non distante da tutto. Bella camera, non grandissima, ma con un bel bagno, TV, macchina del caffè e ottimo condizionatore. Il personale è stato molto gentile, buona colazione. E’ stato esattamente come me lo aspettavo, gli Hotel della catena Club Quarter sono una garanzia...
Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, they have plenty of space in each room, we even got upgrade which has small kitchen appliances.
Breakfast was average at most. They only have American coffee in the restaurant (no
Cappuccino, Espresso, Latter or even flat white).
It feels like very long corridor after lifts.
Very clean.
Coffee facilities and back lobby to sit and relax were excellent!

The Club Quarters hotel was centrally located within the Financial District and within walking distance to lots of attractions (Pier 39/Fishermans Wharf, Chinatown, Coit Tower, Ferry Building) and restaurants. All of the staff were very polite and helpful. Liz, at check in, was particularly accommodating and made our arrival smooth and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean, well stocked with toiletries. Even though it’s located in a bustling area of the city, the noise was at a minimum. We loved our stay here!

Returning home from another fabulous San Francisco vacation made even better by my stay at Club Quarters Embarcadero. This is my go-to/must stay location. Liz and Brian at the front desk/check in kiosk are genuinely kind and warm, professional and welcoming employees. You are always greeted with a smile and laughter (my many stays have made me feel as they are part of my friend circle) each and every time you walk through the door throughout the day/night. Every employee is welcoming, from the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, etc. The rooms are immaculate; safety is taken seriously and you need your key card to access the elevator to your room; there are guest closets and water bottle refill stations on most floors; a terrace on the 11th floor to take in the view; you are just a few blocks from the Ferry Building/Chinatown/North Beach/BART; the Embarcadero Center is one block away. The location is amazing and central for walking or grabbing public transportation. (There is a Muni stop a block away as well). There is a cozy living room-ish style sitting area with a coffee/tea station set up and also a gym if you want to work out. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I look forward to returning in a few months.
The room is filthy, the tv didn’t work, and the worst part is the fire alarm went off non-stop on the 15th when I was trying to work so I had to leave and couldn’t work. I will NEVER stay again!!!!
