Pros:

The location is good. The breakfast is hearty and delicious. The room size is ok. The bed is comfortable. The staff is kind and understanding.

Great hotel with a great staff 🙂
Pros:

The staff was truly amazing and assisted me quite well. The room was absolutely wonderful. There was a problem with the thermostat which they handled quickly. The most enjoyable part was the room was very relaxing and well kept. The housekeeping staff was well on point and did an outstanding job of having my room tidied up by the time I came back from work. I highly recommend this hotel. Brian at the front desk made me feel like family and I would gladly stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a very early relaxing atmosphere and a grateful to experience 😊

Lovely little gem, clean basic hotel
Pros:

This is the second time I have visited the Club Quarters Hotel to attend a Writers Conference in a nearby hotel. The experience both times has been satisfactory. The hotel is well appointed, no frill rooms are clean, they provide comfortable beds with upscale bedding. The hotel is quiet and I will definitely stay there again. The restaurant downstairs provides a good meal, especially on a night when you just want to settle in after travel. Lot's of options, for those with special dietary needs. All in all a perfect choice.

Nice hotel, clean and quiet!
Pros:

Shout out to Liz, very helpful in the lobby. Easy check and out. The room is spacious and they clean it every day. There are lpts of food places and close to Chinatown and bus stops.

Great location, understanding staff
Pros:

I arrived very early from a cruise and planned to store my bags and return later. Liz at reception found a vacant room for me (and waived the fee). That made my stay all the better.

Great location in downtown near BART and easy to walk many places.
