Facilité du Check in et l’emplacement. J’ai également apprécié les équipements notamment les chargeurs avec prise USB C et chargeur induction sur chaque chevet.

המזגן בחדר מרעיש נורא. גודל החדר בינוני, הריהוט ישן, אין מקרר וכספת בחדר.
Location is good, in the Financial District in between China Town and Embarcadero Ferry Building. Walking Distance to Exploratorium and Union Square as well as Powell Station for the Cable Car ride.
Helpful staff. Breakfast was anything but healthy, yet good quality. Free washing machine and dryer a plus.
In all honesty, this hotel needs a face-lift. It's not terrible, but the rooms feel worn out.
I Loved the location, many places are very close to it, you can take scooter or public trasnportation for other places and its very good connected. the place is clean, room is comfortable, service desk is really good. I do not have any complain to be honest. I get breakfast included and you have a menu to chose your main dish with coffe, i tried 3 different options and all where good. Happy to come back

It was a home away from home. The scenery and the atmosphere was exceptional. The associates were patient and understanding with our needs. When confusion rose the associates were there to help and guide us.
