Given a completely different room from what I booked, reception called me in the morning of stay and didn’t inform me of this and then even after I checked in no one informed me until I actually got in to my room and realised there was no balcony at all. Gave me an abysmal part refund for the inconvenience. Tiling in the shower all smashed up, cables hanging from the ceiling and the corners of walls looked like they’d been chewed by a Rottweiler

Amazing stay and great location
Pros:

Great rooms, great location and great staff. Our room was clean, tidy and spacious with a huge bed!The bathroom was modern and the shower was hot with good pressure. Room service every day too. The hotel provides a washing service as well which is useful! The staff are friendly and allow luggage storage before/after check out. The location of the hotel is good, it is down a side street that is quiet. We really enjoyed our stay here, I would recommend it!

The moldy walls made us uncomfortable, and the fan had no blades when the air conditioner stopped working. The staff were very kind and helpful, and they switched us to a different room with a city view
