Overall a very pleasant stay & would go there again.
Pros:

Location excellent. Staff friendly & helpful especially Omer who was exceptional. Reception staff also very helpful.
Room was large & beds were comfortable however room needed a few maintenance tweaks. To make kettle & coffee maker work you had to hold the plug in.
Breakfast was very good & lovely to have it outside in a private courtyard.

Cons:

Just attention to details in room like wardrobe door not shutting properly, lighting was also poor in bedroom.

I had been there for business; and it was so good that I came back with family...
Pros:

Staff is really great, rooms are very nice, location is super convenient for all the main sites (and so easy to be at the sites' entrance early and avoid the queues...)

Cons:

People need to be aware that due to the location very close to Saint-Sophia and the Blue Mosque, the muezzin's call to prayer is really loud... despite the very good sound isolation of the windows

Uitstekend en boek volgende keer weer hier!!! Locatie, locatie en locatie!!!
Pros:

Locatie TOP!! Gelegen in Sultanahmet tegenover Romeinse Cisternen en met zicht op Aya Sophia en Blue Mosque.
Ontbijt fantastisch met keuze uit 10+ eiervarianten plus koffie/thee, sapje en diverse [veel!] bijgerechten. Tram T1 voor de deur die je toegang geeft tot Sirkeci, Karakoy etc. Istanbulcard is een must. Kamer ok met elke dag beddenopmaak en schoonmaak. Receptie spreekt o.a. Engels en er wordt o.a. bier geschonken.

Cons:

Toegang is voor slecht ter been zijnde wat moeilijk; vooral bij nat weer; heuveltje op. In kamer 28 werkte de ijskast niet; viel het deurtje er bij af en liet het behang op sommige plekken los. Wasbak kraan miste spruitstuk; verder geen issues. TV aanwezig met veel duitse, oostenrijkse, russische zenders. Ook BBC World. Omgeving is erg toeristisch dus duur!
Aya Sophia is bezoek voor niet moslims niet waard! Voor € 51,-- entree alleen toegang tot galerij!

새벽 1시쯤 자다가, 펑 하는 소리와 함께, 방안 가득한 전기타는 냄새와 연기 때문에 깨어났다. (숙소사진 4장은 동영상을 캡쳐한건데, 동영상으로 올리지 못하는게 한이 될만큼 연기가 가득했다) 자다깨서 상황파악 하느라 20분 이상 밀폐된 방에 있었고, 창문을 열자 연기가 가득 빠져나가는걸 보고 정신을 차림. 호텔 로비와 식당 BAR 등등 다 찾아갔지만 직원은 아무도 없고, 당연히 전화도 받지않았다. 이때에도 호텔방에서는 열린 문틈으로 꽉찼던 연기가 엄청나게 흘러나오고 있었다. (에어컨에서 소리와 연기가 시작돼서 금방이라도 불날것 같은 공포를 느꼈다) 20분 이상 더 지나서야 직원이 나타났고, 우리는 상황을 알리며 객실을 당장 바꿔줄것을 요구했다. (심지어 연기 난 방은 이 호텔에서 가장 넓을것으로 추정될만큼 2층 테라스와 삼각욕조가 딸린 방이었음) 호텔직원들 중 누구도, 연기를 오래 마신 우리에게 몸이 괜찮냐는 말 한마디 없었고, 그저 방을 옮기는것으로 끝냈다. 새벽내내 소동 때문에 잠을 못자서 다음날 일정도 망쳐버렸다. 아침에 피곤해서 방에 쉬고있는데, 에어컨기사가 말도없이 문을 따고 들어오려고도 했다... 귀국한지 5일이 지난 지금도 목이 따끔거린다.

Superb Location & Hotel

From even before we arrived the service was impeccable , they had contacted us via what’s app , advising about trips the hotel could book , due to the location of the hotel you have to walk the final way , they communicated with our driver and met us and walked our cases to the hotel ,check in seamless all the reception were friendly & welcoming , a welcome drink was offered our room was clean , the beds & pillows comfy ..and we loved our balcony watching Istanbul life!! The location is superb ,
Thank you so much to Melhie & Omen , we rang to reception on the first morning. To ask for larger cups to make tea !! However to our delight they arrived with two cups of tea , each morning we rang and they arrived with two cups of tea and added bonus for sure .. they even sourced a glass of rose one afternoon !!
Breakfast was a feast & delicious served in the courtyard , again Melihe & Omen on hand to look after you .
We booked the sunset cruise through the hotel and it was first class a beautiful yacht which wasn’t overcrowded , you got snacks & non alcoholic refreshments , you could pay extra for alcoholic drinks if required .
Thank you so much should’ve visit Istanbul again we would definitely stay here

Très bonne adresse pour un séjour confortable décontracté.
Pros:

Petit hôtel idéalement situé pour visiter la ville à pieds (mosquées, citerne, Topkapi, musées, grand bazar, pont et tour Galata…) et en tram (T1).
Etablissement moderne, chambre agréable, confortable et propre.
Lounge extérieur design agréable pour le petit déjeuner local et les rafraîchissements.
Mise à disposition gracieuse, et renouvellement à chaque ménage, de bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre.
Personnel très aimable, attentionné et serviable.

Cons:

Quelques manque de maintenance ( lampe chevet HS, guide de porte coulissante de salle de bain arraché, fil éclairage intérieur de placard pendants.
Le frigidaire semble s’éteindre lorsque l’on s’absente de la chambre et les boissons sont chaudes en rentrant

Location, easy walking distance to several of the top attractions. Staff very helpful and friendly, nothing was a problem for them. Decor of room. Delicious breakfast.

Cons:

We thought we had booked a hotel that had a restaurant that also did dinner, but restaurant closes at 3pm, but bar is open. Perhaps this should be noted on the Booking.com description.
Didn't like the 'set' temperature on the air conditioning.

Estancia insuperable!
Pros:

La ubicación es ideal, teníamos una habitación esquinera con 4 ventanas, dos daban a Santa Sofía y las otras dos al acceso de las Cisternas de la Basílica y la Mezquita Azul! El desayuno increíble! Desayuno turco en abundancia más un plato a elegir, café o infusiones, zumo… volveremos a Estambul y por supuesto nos alojaremos nuevamente en el Hotel!
