Good location
Wasn’t that clean
Stayed at the Mercure Goulburn for a short visit and found it to be a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The rooms were clean, modern and well presented, and parking close to the rooms made check-in easy.
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The restaurant and bar were pleasant, although the menu is a little on the expensive side for what’s offered and the breakfast buffet was fairly average.
Overall, a good option for an overnight stay in Goulburn, particularly if you’re travelling along the Hume

The room was quite big. Beds were extremely comfortable. We just would've preferred a little more kitchen items to save money on food
The noise of other cars in the carpark and how noisy other people were outside our room door. Would like the option to be able to prepare some basic food in the room
Breakfast was very good. Plenty of options from cereal to full hot breakfast. Pretty standard for good accomodation.
Would have probably gone for a light continental breakfast given we were travelling all day.
it was a well present room, but hotel needs a swimming pool then it would have the only one in Gouloburn

The location was good. The reception staff were good. The room, had it been more updated and repairs fixed would have been a ten but because of the small things wrong, it lowered the score
The smell of the room when we opened the door - we had to leave it open and spray air freshener. There was a drip outside the room caused by rain…but it went all night! The bathroom was very large but very basic and had cracked wall tiles and was outdated. Could have been a luxurious relaxing space.
