La ubicación.
Las instalaciones se ven descuidadas, mucho ruido (tiran las puertas), en el desayuno la loza y cubertería no estaba limpia.
Parqueo y limpieza
Its close to manuel antonio park and close to restaurants, not too crowded with tourist.The bfast buffett was great! Staff were very nice and accommodating .
Only few parking spots for guest and bed is not really comfortable!
Bed and room where good and clean
The location is horrible.
Big window in the room, looking at a blind wall from neighbouring building
The loud noise from trafficin in the room is terrible; there where even earplugs for that in the room

The hotel pool looks nice.
Starts, the room had a brief smell to urine, not quite unbearable though.
The bathroom is handicapped, which we were not expecting as the shower floor does not have a limit against the actual bath floor, so water may flow throughout it and can lead you to slip.
The beds were horrific, you could actually felt the resorts popping.
The TV speakers were already exploded, so quite horrific sound.

We were lucky to get a free upgrade. Our room was top floor on the corner with sea views and a wraparound balcony. The room was large with two double beds. We had coffee and tea making facilities, refreshed daily and daily room servicing. Breakfasts were good and the dining room was indoor/outdoor with seaviews. A great start to the day. The pool was a fabulour retreat after a hot day out too. Towels supplied.
The road along the seafront is noisy but we were prepared for that with earbuds. The hotel do supply them too. Mostly the noise stopped before midnight apart from the Friday night when the motorbikers were out in numbers! Do be prepard for the nightly roosting in the trees along the front tho' .. it's quite something and for a short while at dusk, that's noisy too. I would say don't let this put you off staying, just make sure you're prepared for it.
