Great place to stay good facilities
Pros:

Staff where very friendly and helpful the room was cosy and comfortable and pool and sauna was in good order and clean roomy dressing rooms

Liked the venue was very nice staff was very friendly

Cons:

The bathroom had empty bottles of shampoo and shower gel which should of been replenished, and in the bathroom in the shower had thick dirt inside the tiles which could be removed as we wiped it with a damp cloth and it came off but was all around the shower

Great value, comfortable beds, lovely pool/ spa, nice staff
Pros:

Well presented, clean, smart, very friendly staff, lovely pool, jacuzzi, steam bath & sauna.
Had room service which was hot, prompt & exactly as ordered.
Have stayed here several times now & is my preferred hotel for this area

Cons:

2 of the showers in the spa pool area don’t work.

The staff in the restaurant Marcos made our anniversary special, especially Sarah, Liam and Harry!
Pros:

The room was very spacious with comfy beds and pillows, a plate of chocolate brownies and fresh fruit were waiting for us in the room with chocolate writing saying happy anniversary as it was our 45th anniversary, staff were very friendly and welcoming

Cons:

We specifically booked this hotel as returning guests as we wanted to use the leisure facilities, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc, it being our 45th wedding anniversary and wanted to relax but only after booking I received an email saying the pool was closed, it was very disappointing

Nice place, staff lets it down
Pros:

It’s a good looking place but that’s about all it’s got!

Cons:

The reception woman was good, but the rest of the staff just looked down on you!
Other than the cleaner no one would say anything as you pass! The woman on the breakfast stand at the restaurant wouldn’t let us in for breakfast as she didn’t see my name on the sheet, after being asked to check again she found it, however we were asked to leave! Yea I won’t be going through that embarrassment ever again!
