Pros:

The room! Even though it was 4th of July and we were on Cerrillos Road, the noise wasn't deafening like Albuquerque! One of my dogs still had a very difficult time. Breakfast was good! The beds were nice.

Cons:

The blankets need some softener! When you pulled them back, it was like a firework show, sparks were flying!! The bedding was very thick and hot. I also did not like the dog area. It was a bunch of dirt, sticks and pine needles. It was too small. For a couple hundred bucks it could really use a step up. Many people didn't pick up after their dog, the area didn't warrant it. Maybe a maintenance person could check it a couple times a day. Better signs, something much, much more attractive for the dogs and owners!

Ozzie loved his stay!!
Pros:

Nice and clean very comfy. If it was a complaint the only one would be the smell of the room. A little old and musty but everything was very clean and breakfast was delicious and pool facilities were awesome.

Cons:

The smell of our room our friends didn’t smell like that and I took my dog out at night the security guy driving around in black car tinted windows with only an orange flashing light. We need to identify who we are seeing it was a little scary I even called front desk to ask about the car driving around property.

Front desk service was great

Cons:

Not clean. Bed dirty. Did not get cleaning service. I stayed two nights. The food was not good. Cleaning ladies were very rude. I only saw them on the hall but never cleaned our room

Nice place to stay in Santa Fe.
Pros:

They were able to accommodate us & our camper just before the holiday wkend. Nice hotel, staff was wonderful.

Cons:

Although we thought the breakfast was great, it was supposed to be 6-10am, after 9 things are running low or empty.
