Pros:

I recommend this location because its pet friendly and is in the center to trails and monuments. The room we got provided 2 beds plus sofa bed [ great for family of 4 ].

Facilities and room were clean and good overall

Cons:

there were people diving in the pool when we went and when we told the staff they talked to them about not doing it but they didn't take any actions to resolve it. They all continued diving while she told them they shouldn't do that. I work for a hotel and we tell people that break the rules that if they don;t stop immediatley they will be asked to leave. We ended up leaving the pool before we wanted because of this. Also the WiFi waqs awful couldn't connect the entire stay.

Disappointing
Pros:

We stayed 2 nights, the room was clean and nice. However our shower was either burning hot or freezing cold and a trickle, you couldnt wash the soap off and i didnt even attempt to wash my hair and in the morning just was just cold I didn't even get to have a shower.
The first day day we went to breakfast was crazy the breakfast room was tiny and way to many people so we gave up. The second day we got up early 6.30am to get breakfast which isnt what u want when on holidays but was better. The room was REALLY NOISY the doors slammed everytime someone went in or out of their room starting at 5am and going to after 11pm both days.
