Comfortable but it's not a place I'm likely to return to.
Pros:

Fast check-in, convenient location. Easy to find. The room was spotless and with a good supply of towels. The bed was VERY comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel was spotlessly clean but in a run-down condition. The hot water to the shower was erratic and hard to select. There was no coffee maker in the room nor an iron or ironing board. Also no closet with hangers.
The breakfast bar was very mediocre as well. There may as well not have been a breakfast bar at all.

It was just OK The scrambled eggs were good and they also had a raisin toast. The room also had a nice view of the pond.

No area for hanging clothes- all my clothes were on hangers and I had to purchase a clothes rack to stay for 3 weeks
