Pros:

It was located in a good area

Cons:

The toilet was dirty and there was somebody else hair in the sheets and a couple of the lights did not work

Pros:

The facility was clean and staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room I stayed in had very few power outlets and strangely a lot of phone lines. The plugs would drop right out of the outlets unless held in place, the bathroom had the most functional outlets. The bath towel provided had several strands of someone else’s hair.

Mislead - bathroom in process of renovation

Cons:

I went to use the bathroom at 8pm to have a bath - and noticed that the bathtub was being redone- the finish was sanded off and it was down to black metal not a white bathtub. There was a white plastic mat covering this. No way I’d ever have a bath in that - mat was likely unhygienic as it was glued down covering the unfinished tub. It was a bit of a surprise. I had a sponge bath on the sink- very disappointed after a long day of travel and feel I should have been told this when I booked with the hotel. The next morning at check out I let them know- several were being refinished. This again should have been posted on their website site. No way should someone pay full price. I wouldn’t have started there if I’d had known.

A Nice motel, good to stay if you are going to the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm.
Pros:

The room was nice, the lady at the front desk was pleasant and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Bed was a little hard, The tv did not have any instructions and we had trouble navigating to anything we wanted to watch. The handicap bathroom tub was a little hard for me (a handicapped man) to get in and out of. I have stayed at other motels where the shower was even with the bathroom floor, making it much easier to shower. Also I believe I was double charged for the room. I'm currently waiting to see if one of the charges is going to go away since they are both "pending".

Lacking, but ok enough.
Pros:

The staff were fabulous. Every single one of them. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The Beds are hard, and not comfortable. The bathroom wasn't super clean, and there was a patched bath tub with what looked like mold around the bathtub patch. Do not take room 219 ever! The room is right near the elevator and you literally hear it every few minutes. I will definitely stay elsewhere in the future.

Excellent, I have told many people how great this location is, I will definitely stay again.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, I knew breakfast was included but i figured it would be muffins, and fruit, I had no idea it would be a full breakfast, it was a great surprise to wake up to after a full day/night of flying. Thank you

Pet fee is a ripoff
Pros:

Really basic, outdated hotel. The pet fee of $40 is a rip off, much too high. With the difference in pet fee I could have stayed much closer to the dog show at a better hotel for the same price.

Also things like no power available on the night stands, the socket that was accessible was broken.

To be fair, it was clean, everything mostly worked. Just don't come here with pets.
