Hot, overpriced
Pros:

AC was turned off and I was given an 80 degree room at 10pm in Texas.

Cons:

Cooler room

was pleasant enough
Pros:

It was convenient to where I was needing to go. The room was large enough to accommodate my niece and myself. Close to a convenience store, fast food place and gas station.

Cons:

The sink area had the newer touch screen mirrors, but it could still use a little more light for applying makeup.
the chairs looked a little sketchy as far as clean.

Pool not available!!
Pros:

The location was excellent!! Walmart, Starbucks, DQ, McDonald's, Dennys and whataburger within walking distance!! The room was very clean n comfortable!!

Cons:

When rented room it was said (booking.com) pool was up n functional during my scheduled stay..it wasnt!! Guess some dispute with contractors..so very very disappointed!! That was the only reason I spent more to stay there..! 90 degree weather.!.if I'd had known..I'd have rented another room closer to where I was actually needing to be..please..change the booking .Com page to say pool unavailable!! Others I met there were very disappointed also..but breakfast and everything else is highly recommended!!

Comfortable Bedding; Warm Staff
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff was warming. The bedding was nice & comfortable, especially the pillows.

Cons:

I didn't like that I couldn't take part of the free breakfast being that I had to leave & checkout by 0615 to be on time for work.

Only place to stay in Kaufman.
Pros:

We ate breakfast at Starbucks as we don't like Best Way's breakfast items.

Cons:

We reported that our TV was out at 9:00 Saturday night - it wouldn't change channels. The front desk told us the manager would be in at 10:00 and would check on it. It never worked again all night or the next morning.
