Quick stay. Not much to judge.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this property, particularly rooms 231 and 232. The condition of the carpeting was unacceptable; it was so dirty that we felt the need to lay towels down and wear shoes at all times, even when getting up during the night.
The staff we encountered were courteous and clearly doing their best, but it was evident they lacked the support and resources needed to properly assist guests. They were consistently apologetic, which suggested they have been placed in a position where they are expected to manage issues beyond their control.
Unfortunately, aside from the exterior, which appears to be maintained, the overall condition and management of the hotel fell far below expectations. I would recommend spending a bit more to stay at a property that demonstrates higher standards of cleanliness, management, and employee support.

Pool
Dirty and poor service.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!
Rooms are gross. Hot tub didn’t work. Elevator didn’t work.
And- they overcharged for our stay by $160 Another family in our party is experiencing the same thing- overcharged for stay. The hotel manger is unfriendly and unwilling to make things right.
Absolutely nothing
Everything! The elevator was broken, the first room was dirty and had electrical problems with one of the outlets so we had to move rooms. The hallway smelled like smoke and marijuana and the pool was cold and the hot tub didn’t work.
We liked the location. The fact that they had a room big enough with two queens and a pull out couch. The room was clean and tidy and room amenities were decent. We did sleep well in our room and the beds were comfortable. Good for a quick stop in or a couple days, but do not expect much else besides a few great employees, and good rest. Amenities may or may not be available during your stay.
A few things, the night of our arrival. The girl at check in was fiddling with her ringing phone with her coworker telling her she has guests. She knew, we were all standing there. She proceeded to put her phone down for 2 seconds, when it started ringing again and then answers it and has a conversation with whoever it was. Coworker (cleaner) walked away in disbelief. After a bit we did get checked in. Went to our room and had no blankets, sheets or pillows for the pull out bed. So I had to go speak to her again. I got items from her which ended ip being 3 sheets, 1 fitted two flat and 10 pillow cases. No blankets.. brought the pillow cases back and asked for a REAL blanket, which she eventually did get to me and blamed another employee for her mistake. Also asked for an extra key, which I was told no, they couldn't accommodate that until later to see how many people checked in, they don't have enough keys but maybe. Its was around 7 pm. Passed normal check in time.
Shower water pressure is subpar.
Internet was very intermittent for me.
The TV required two remotes to function, I ended up figuring it out but my other family members in other rooms did not.
The hot tub was ice cold. Colder than the pool. She said it would be fixed. It wasn't the entire 3 days we stayed.
The breakfast was nothing great. Powdered eggs, potatoes, sausage, gravy and biscuits. As well as make your own pancakes like usual.
The hotel is VERY outdated and upon our soon to be check out, I overheard an employee telling an unsatisfied guest that basically the owner is a cheapskate and some other unpleasant things about her, she will not give and discounts for unsatisfied guests. Guests who have VERY valid issues when paying this high of a price for a soon to be run down/half fixed hotel. Also overheard during our stay, they took out the gym because it wouldn't "make any money.
Good location
No
The property seemed well kept from the lobby.
Somewhere between Booking.com and Best Western my reservation got lost. I had received a confirmation number and email from Best Western through Booking.com. Upon arrival I was informed by the receptionist at the front desk that my reservation was nowhere to be found and that they had no available rooms. Mind you my husband and two small children were waiting out in our car. I was then left to try to get ahold of a person at Booking.com, which is nearly impossible while the Best Western receptionist called nearby hotels to see if they had availability. Another hotel was found though it did not offer the same amenities and our family get away was ruined.
I appreciate the receptionist's efforts but putting the burden on a stressed out customer to contact the third party site, that you allow bookings through, was a poor choice in customer service. If your hotel allows Booking.com to reserve rooms, then you ought to have a direct contact to someone there when issues such as these arise.

Toilet needs some repair, just to go pee it wouldn’t flush
A lot noise no hot water
