when we arrived at 3pm, as we said we would, the staff was having IT issues, then i found out they couldn't issue room cards and would have to let guests in individually. wow...........
we went to our event and returned close to midnight. the tv didn't really work (1 channel!) and no wi-fi. i tried 3 times, even walked back to the front desk to check the login.
the bed wasn't comfortable either- so we decided we had had enough and quickly packed to leave. i asked the front desk clerk (one person on duty) that we werent satisfied and were leaving, and asked for a receipt as proof we checked out on time so we wouldn't get charged for a 2nd night (they had taken my card for 'incidentals"....whatever that would be if nothing worked.
anyway, dude said he couldn't give me a receipt, yikes yikes yikes.
oh- and you might want to do something about your small sign at the odd driveway entrance off Atlantic St...we couldn't find it because a small truck was parked next to it on the street so we circled the block. Perhaps that should have been our first clue this wasn't a great place to stay (oh- this hotel doesn't even pop up on Google maps! odd- but also telling)

Convenient location
Not clean: common areas, room. Floors werent vacuumed in lobby, hallways, room.
Breakfast was great friendly staff comfortable bed
Presentation felt a little run down there was some trash in the hallways that were never picked up

My sister’s debit card got scammed
Well, to start, we waited for 45 minutes to check in with 5 people ahead of us. Why did that take so long?
Second, the room was not ready. No towels; the beds were made but looked rumpled, in and out, like someone had lain on both of them; the carpets were filthy and not vacuumed. We are positive that the room was not even close to being cleaned (found a cell phone charger in it) when they finally checked us in at 4:30 (check-in was 3:00). The remote needed new batteries. They left dirty garbage bins and towel bins along with a plunger in a plastic bag outside our room, and it was all still there when we left the next morning. Oh, and the free breakfast, what was left at 8:00 a.m, was so so so bad we had to throw it away. Such a waste of money for this place.
This place was an absolute dive, and we will now second-guess all Best Westerns after this horrible stay.
it was affordable it was nice and clean and staff was very friendly
hottub jets didn't work
We had to wait nearly 30 minutes just to find someone to check availability. When we did find someone they seems unprofessional and unconcerned but said they had a room. The price was high but we were tired so we took it. We opened the door to find it slept in and a mess. We backed out and immediately checked out. We were assured we would not be charged but the charge went through two days later. They do not answer their phones - you can let it ring 50 times or more. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get the money back. They are shady.

Breakfast was not good. Plug for microwave was faulty. Nearly fell from slippery shower mat that came unstuck.
Room was nice and dog area was clean
