Pros:

When we arrived to check in they had cancelled our reservation and we had to make other arrangements

The location of the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel was disgusting, the breakfast was frozen, the staff is horrible, my room was disgusting had to get front desk to come clean out drawers and have room cleaned three different times when we first arrived. Never again 😒

We would stay at this motel again. Exceptional value for the price per night we paid.
Pros:

The breakfast was fine. I had eggs and a sausage patty, and coffee to drink. My husband had cereal. There was plenty of food there, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast room was located in the front of the building and very easy to access.
I was pleased, especially with the price of the room. The front desk clerk, Jordan, was exceptionally nice and made me feel very at ease. He gave me bottled water immediately, and that was nice. He was very accommodating, answering my questions. They were very accommodating for Senior Citizens.

Cons:

On-line it stated there was an indoor pool AND a Jacuzzi. However..we found out only certain rooms have a Jacuzzi (private). We were looking forward to the Jacuzzi after long hours of driving ..so it was disappointing that there was no public Jacuzzi in the pool room.

Nebraska ncaa game win!
Pros:

Very nice room, nice staff. Good location and price, for Paycom center event, if you don't want to stay in Oklahoma city.

Cons:

Breakfast just ok, but no worse than most. Our gps had us turning at the wrong corner. Not sure if that is something they need to look into, or if it's just our phone?

Pros:

몇개의 부정적 후기가 있고, 상대적으로 비용이 싸서 망설였습니다만, 최고의 선택이었다고 생각합니다.
주차공간도 매우 넓고, 보안이 잘 유지되는 독립된 공간이었습니다.
수영장은 이용하는 사람이 없었지만, 그래도 잘 관리되는 듯했습니다.
식사는 달걀과 햄버거 패티가 제공되고 시리얼과 커피가 있었습니다. 커피를 수시로 마실 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다.
방도 비교적 넓고 냉난방도 잘 조절되고, 도로에서 약간 들어와서인지 매우 조용했습니다.
옆의 세븐일레븐까지 걸어서 100 미터 정도라 밤에 간식 먹기도 편했습니다.
상당히 좋은 경험이었습니다.
특히 방에 직접 햇살이 들어와서 작업을 하기엔 넓고 환해서 좋았습니다. 책상이 있는 것이 좋아요~

Cons:

약간 시설이 낡은것 말고는 뭐 이용에 어려움이 없었습니다.
복도를 뭔가 좀더 깨끗하게 했으면 아주 좋았을 뻔~~

Pros:

The rooms were nice bed comfy, tv good

Cons:

The fact the staff was constantly on me about how many people in my room, how many dogs I had in my room, my dogs are service dogs (certified) but I was told I couldn't have both my dogs in my room, when the lady next door to me had 2 dogs & neither of them were service dogs. I was hounded about my x husband & his girlfriend being there & the traffic they had in & out of their room. They were accusing me of having ppl stay in my room w out the knowledge of the front desk, also them paying for their room on time. I was there a little over a month & it was something almost Every day about something that had nothing to do w me. I was really upset when I tried to pay again & they told me they didn't want me to come back bc of the things that happened w another guest & they put me w them, when I had nothing to do w any other room.
I did notice where I moved to a few of the other ppl that were staying there at this hotel were staying where I am now, so I'm assuming that their stay didn't work out to well either bc they'd been there about the same time I had. It's a shame that they put us all in a category of bad ppl when in reality we were not. Bc I really like the Best Western / Sure Stay hotel, I know about 6 of us will never stay w u all again & I'm trying to get my boyfriend to stop using ur facilities when he travels & that's a lot. I know that us not staying w ur hotel isn't gonna shut them down but u might think about the ppl u have running ur hotels & the way they treat the customers that chose to stay in ur hotels!! But when someone asks me about ur hotel or a nice place to stay I Don't tell them about this hotel I tell them to avoid it all together!! 😐
