The staff...that was it. They were so kind.

Cons:

They didn't have an elevator. No phone in our room. Complimentary breakfast was just sausage & runny eggs. You can't take your food back to your room. The AC stopped working after a few hours. A bug crawled from the shower and bit my mom on the leg. The side entry door never locks. Anyone can walk in through out the night. The microwave whistled each time you used it and the ice machines don't work. If we could have received a refund we would have left but we couldn't get a refund. We were in OK for a 😁 so to deal with a family loss and this was too much. 💔 oh the wifi didn't work. I had to use the hot spot on my cell the whole time we were there.

Trash a lot of trash in the landscape. Ice makers need updating Secoyfloor was not working

Gute Lage.

Cons:

Schränke, Kühlschrank, Fernseher, usw. waren so schmutzig und klebrig das wir eine Reinigung verlangen müssten bevor wir das Zimmer belegen konnten.

Dirty sheets. Two fans on tables in room. No elevator. Breakfast virtually non existent. A little cereal and 3 instant oatmeal packets. No lids for coffee. Two towels in a room with three beds. The room had a bad smell. Probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had.
