Pros:

Belle camere e struttura ottima. Buona anche la colazione seppure non abbondante.

Cons:

During my first hour from when I arrived I had an accident and fell down what seems like a well beside the pool. There was no sign to say do not stand where I stood and it nearly cost me my life. After the accident I was left with laughter from the girl who was on shift. Not once did any member of staff come and see was I okay after the fall. When I went to the shop attached to the hotel the staff began to laugh as I entered the room. the level of care and compassion from the people at this hotel is horrible. I would never recommend this place and I would have to rank it as the worst place i have ever stayed.

The bidet water was smelled really bad. The AC didn’t work properly the room was hot. The toilet seat was old ad full of black marks. And there’s ants in the room
