Pros:

The considerate staff and the rooms are well kept, very clean, everything works, and smelled good! Also, for the price I paid was so good, it elevated the experience!

Excellent facility
Pros:

David at the Desk was extremely courtesy and friendly
The breakfast had a very good assortment. Thought the little doggie treats was very nice. Never have I gotten that at another other hotel

Oh well, we have your money

When we checked in, we stated we needed to change the card on file. The employee (a gentleman that has worked there for years because he has been there when we stayed here previously) stated "you need to change the card when you check out." Upon checking out, a different employee stated "oh you cannot do that, we charged you at check in." When we explained the other employee told us to do it at check out, we were basically told "oh well."

Also, our shower drained incredibly slowly ( like finally drained after about an hour) and the water temperature was luke warm. Bed was kind of hard.

This was our fourth time staying here, but we will NOT be back due to the inconvenience of the wrong card being charged and lack of solutions. They could have easily done a refund and then charged the correct card. No customer service, no solutions, just the "oh well we have your money" attitude. Fortunately, there are plenty of other hotels in the same area to choose next time.

Pros:

Well, we stayed here twice around Thanksgiving. Our return stay was during that storm, but everything was fine with the BW - nice staff and clean, warm and comfortable. Pet friendly.

The best Best Western ever!
Pros:

This Best Western should be a poster child for the company. Definitely a leader in standards. Great breakfast and comfortable rooms with pillows you’ll wanna take home.
