Goed hotel
Pros:

Dat het hotel dichtbij de weg ligt en je rechtstreeks richting de Bulgaarse grens kunt rijden, maakt het een goede keuze om te overnachten. De kamers zijn schoon en netjes en het hotel is goed verzorgd. Zeker een fijne plek om te slapen tijdens een lange reis. Alleen hotel zelf als je die eerste keer ziet lijkt het een aparte hotel maar na dat je de kamers ziet vindt je het okey

Cons:

Jammer dat je ’s ochtends geen lunchpakket meekrijgt, terwijl veel hotels dit wel aanbieden. Vooral voor mensen die vroeg moeten vertrekken en geen tijd hebben om rustig te ontbijten of niet kunnen wachten tot het ontbijt begint, zou een lunchpakket erg handig zijn. Zeker voor mensen die daarna nog een lange reis moeten maken en ver moeten rijden. Het zou fijn zijn als jullie deze service ook zouden kunnen aanbieden.

Pros:

Zeer mooie kamer met alles wat ik nodig had voor mijn verblijf.

Pros:

The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were wonderful – everyone was friendly, smiling and helpful. The breakfast was good, the food was delicious and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was completely unacceptable. The rooms need serious and thorough cleaning. There were cobwebs, and we even found small ants on the bed sheets. The air conditioner smelled terrible and seemed as though it had not been cleaned for years. Its remote control did not work either.

The glass partition between the shower and the toilet was loose and looked as though it could break at any moment, so we had to be extremely careful. We were travelling with a child, and the extra bed provided to us was broken, so we had to change rooms immediately.

The hotel was probably very nice and well maintained in the past, but it now urgently needs improvements in cleanliness, maintenance and safety. It is acceptable for one or two nights, but not for a longer stay.

Dat er slaapplek was.

Cons:

1. Telefonisch slechte bereikbaarheid.
2. Hygiene ver te zoeken, er lagen nog haren in de doucheput en in de bedden.
3. Personeel was niet behulpzaam, tegen grens van brutaal (vooral in de ochtend)
4. Ontbijt was echt niets! Kaas laf al dagen op hefzelfde bord. Keuken personeel staat te wachten tot je snel klaar bent.
