Very good business level hotel with convenient access to the metro system. Breakfast is quite good and helps start the day. One thing to note - the beds are very firm, if you’re not used to that it’s going to come as a bit of a shock.

I 100% recommend this hotel, it was very convenient near train station, a 18 min walk to Dotonbori. The staff was great, very helpful with questions and with check in. If I come back to Osaka this hotel would be my number one choice.

This location is close to serval subway lines, but need a short walk. The shopping street 心斋桥筋 is the best in Osaka, it has mixed department store and small shops.

Great location, room was new, shower and tub , fantastic, very very dusty , washing machine in the room very practical, bit noisy and must leave card inserted or something else, as it was so warm, when drying room gets warmer and super dry due to carpet, food was ok but nothing special really,takoyaki was good, we had Skyview room, it need some space for luggages or clothes, bathroom was spacious and clean, food need Love.
