The shuttle service was excellent. It was reliable and convenient, and it made getting around much easier. The staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us, including with our luggage. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to other travellers.

Location was very convenient. Everything - room, check-in was as expected. Breakfast was good, and fresh fruit was tasty.

Нам понравился отель! Рядом с аэропортом. Тихо, чисто. Вежливый персонал. Просторные номера. Завтрак как и везде. Мы имели опыт проживания в трех отелях подобного рода у аэропорта. Могу сказать, что завтрак везде одинаков. Не сильно питательный и вкусный, но наесться при желании можно. Жаль только, что бесплатный шаттл в аэропорт они дают только на день прилета и день отъезда в аэропорт. Если вы бронируете как мы 5 дней, то решаете транспортный вопрос сами. Поэтому на момент нашей первой остановки в Торонто на 5 дней нам пришлось отменить эту бронь, после того, как мы узнали, что каждый день ездить на шаттле в аэропорт, чтобы воспользоваться там экспрессом до центра Торонто, не получится. А вот на обратном пути на сутки мы с удовольствием забронировали здесь номер и не пожалели. Жаль только что в первый раз они лишили себя длительной брони от нас, а нас хорошего просторного номера, из-за шаттла. Езда до аэропорта на нем занимает 9 минут.

Excellent location
I asked for late check out as my flight was at 8 PM.. They refused and asked me to pay extra.
Heater in the room was working properly, likely it wasn’t that cold.
The Hotel charged the amount a day before arrival, though on booking it says book now and pay at the property.
I was shocked when I received the receipt on the phone that the money were already deducted.

Hotel is pretty old, but is taken perfect care of - everything is super clean and very well maintained. Thei staff is amazing... everyone super helpful and friendly. Restaurant very good, breakfast at the level of what is offered at this type of hotels arounf Toronto Pearson airport.
The only upsetting thing is that they do not have regular shuttle between hotel and the airport, but it works as a clock for checking in and out.
Overall clean.
