Vicinanza e navetta con l’aeroporto e presenza di prodotti da bagno.
In camera c’era una puzza asfissiante proveniente dalla moquette, rendeva l’aria quasi irrespirabile. La colazione era scarsa ma tutto sommato passabile rispetto al resto, la pulizia lasciava desiderare. Probabilmente l’unico punto favorevole era la vicinanza all’aeroporto, sicuramente non tornerei.
Everything, clean room, great breakfast, fast shuttle to and from airport, staff were friendly, would stay here again
bed was comfortable and quiet room
I planned to take the shuttle and called and called the hotel as I waited for an hour and no shuttle .... he drove by me one time I think and asked another location best western to call the hotel but the phone lines were not working I called best western cust6omer service and no one could help. I finally ordered an uber and had to wait another 40 minutes for it as the taxi to the hotel was quoted at $44 ... I arrived at the hotel no apology or concession for my trouble
