Awful staff and customer service worst experience ever would never recommend or stay at this property
The location and the hotel is very nice
Very poor services. What is advertised on the booking.com and other sites is not what you get. I booked two separate rooms to see the experience. The Junior suite I booked had a Jacuzzi. Upon checking in I found out that the Jacuzzi wasn’t working and they told me it wasn’t included in the booking it’s only on the pictures. They make you look stupid and act as if they’re doing you a favor. I requested for a refund and they refused. They made me cancel the second booking on booking.com then they gave me another room which was lower standard from the original one I had checked in first. When I was checking in they were complementary drinks and I water, when I went to get my stuff the house keeping removed everything including water and cattle. This happened is all two separate rooms I booked with them. I don’t know if they do that to all their customers or it was just me. The hotel is very nice but the bathroom sinks were dirty and rusty. On booking.com it’s on mentioned that the pool is closed but they don’t even allow you to go outside to see the views which are the main reason why most people book the hotel.
They were very nice and they gave us eggs every single morning at breakfast and I made friends with the staff

Finger weg – miserabler Service, falsche Versprechen und Mini-Pool!
Dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Enttäuschung. Schon bei der Ankunft gab es keine Armbänder für den Strand. Stattdessen sollten wir einfach „die Hotelkarte zeigen“ – am Strand wurden wir damit abgewiesen. Und nein, der Strand liegt NICHT „direkt vor der Tür“, wie überall behauptet wird. Man muss ein gutes Stück laufen – zurück zum Hotel wollten wir uns den Stress nicht nochmal antun.
Unsere Klimaanlage war kaputt. Mehrmals an der Rezeption angerufen, jedes Mal hieß es „es kommt gleich jemand hoch“ – gekommen ist niemand. Selbst nach persönlicher Beschwerde vor Ort tat sich nichts. Ergebnis: zwei Nächte ohne Schlaf bei stickiger Hitze.
Abends nach Wasser gefragt – selbst eine kleine Flasche konnten oder wollten sie uns nicht geben. Stattdessen der Hinweis, wir sollen „rausgehen und schauen, ob noch etwas offen hat“.
Der Pool ist winzig – gerade mal zwei Leute können gleichzeitig darin schwimmen. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse ist das einfach lächerlich.
Für das, was hier verlangt wird, bekommt man in der Gegend deutlich bessere Hotels. Hier stimmt weder der Service noch das, was versprochen wird. Nie wieder!

Breakfast could have been better with hot beverages services at least, there was no hot chocolate in the four days breakfast had.
The cooling system in the room and reception area needs more attention too, it was quite insufficient particularly at night.
The pool tiles should be attended to as it is slippery and poses a hazard.
