Pl A Fenti medenc3nél nincs zuhanyző, nincs széf, 14 óra elött nem lehet becsekkolni, A reggeli minden nap ugyan az de szó szerint!!!! Az ágy szivacsok kifeküdtek, a szobákban nincs pohár, se egy szék, szerintem 4*-tól messze van.

Disappointing experience — definitely not a 4-star standard in my experience
Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, the hotel does not meet the standard I would expect from a 4-star property. Based on my experience, I would rate it 3 stars at most.
There were problems from the moment we arrived. Our room card did not work at first but we were helped with that, after we were surprised to discover that there was no safe in the room, despite the hotel description stating that rooms include one. We had to ask reception several times before a safe was finally delivered — almost 7 hours after we first requested it. Even then, the safe was simply placed in the room and not secured to anything.
The room itself was quite small. They told us they upgraded us for free to a better room when we first arrived so we were excited, but after the terrible smell that night that upgrade had no use and we also changed back to the smaller room as booked. The description also says that each room includes a work desk, which is technically true, but there was no chair to actually sit at the desk, making it practically useless for working. The so called „minibar“ in description contained only two bottles of water, and after we changed rooms, there was no water at all and it was never refilled.
The most serious problem, however, was the air conditioning!! One night, the AC started blowing an absolutely horrible smell, similar to a dead mouse or something decomposing. The smell was so strong that we could barely breathe. My mother and I developed severe headaches and woke up twice during the night. Around 3 AM, we finally went to reception. The receptionist came to our room, confirmed the terrible smell, and told us there was little they could do because the hotel was fully booked. Fortunately, he eventually found us another room so that we could sleep.
