The unit was clean, the WiFi system was dependable, parking was available.
It was a long climb to the top floor without an elevator. No toiletries.
The best place to stay in Baguio, especially if coming from the north going to Baguio via Nueva Vizcaya-Benguet Road. Very accessible.

The property is all good and quiet (except the cooker is faulty). It is walkable distance to the market and parks, although it can get really busy with traffic. The room is clean, relaxing - there’s hot water in the shower but it doesn’t last long, it gets cold before you even finish showering. No lift to go up to your room nor down, so if you have lots of luggage it’s a struggle, especially if your room is on the top, and stuff won’t help to take your belongings upstairs so be prepared for that. All around is good and would recommend the place.

The location is splendid, it's near to most attractions in Baguio. The staffs are all attentive and friendly, making our trip stress-free. Our rooms are clean and well-maintained. This place is excellent for big groups or family travelers. 😀
It was good. But, lack of kitchenwares,
Staff were accommodating and responsive to inquiries. All appliances are functional. They have wifi but sometimes it disconnects randomly. Their address PIN in Waze was accurate. Although we are far from SM, there's a palengke nearby. Neighborhood was quiet. Location was near Mines View Park.
It does not look like it was a smart tv. There was no Netflix, only local channels via GMA tv box. We couldn't cast our tablet to their TV and there's no way we could access the ports to see if there's HDMI slot to have our laptop connected. Connecting to their wifi is sufficient for social media browsing but not recommended if you plan to work as there are times that it disconnects. We brought our own PLDT Smart WiFi but the signal strength is likely the same.

i like how clean & cozy the place, Ill definitely recommend this to my family & friends...and my no. 1 choice of stay once I go back to Baguio whether its for business or liesure.
