A rip offf.
Pros:

I was charged for no show after trying several times to cancel teh reservation. Each time I tried to cancel I got no answer from them. Then they went ahead and took my money!

Cons:

Thjey could have honored my reservation on another date, I just wanted to move it out about a week.

good location for airport departure....nothing else nearby that would atttract us to stay again
Pros:

room was comfortable, meals in restaurant were very good, if a bit pricey.....pool is nice and comfortable

Cons:

staff was a bit disorganized...we requested the shuttle to the airport several times before they make the reservation for us on our third attempt.

Good value hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

Excellent value. The hotel was relatively quiet, comfortable and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was very well done.

Cons:

The TV in the bar kept freezing while watching the NFC divisional game, which was frustrating. I finally gave up on watching the game all together and when I went back to my room, it worked perfectly. I had assumed it was just an issue in Belize City getting a US broadcast. I then asked the staff about it and they confirmed that it’s just that TV in the bar and it was a known issue.

The other issue we had was that the water went out in the hotel for several hours in the early morning. Thankfully it came on just before we needed to head to the airport, so it worked out for us, but it made the exit from the hotel in time for our flight a little more stressful

Pros:

We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, the food was very good and the outdoor dining enjoyable.

Nice pool but room was mildew smelling and no wifi
Pros:

The dinner in the restaurant was good with friendly staff. Good parking and close to the airport.

Cons:

In the room we stayed the mold smell was overwhelming. I had to sleep under the covers to avoid gagging while sleeping. For me personally, I could never come back. There was a spider on the bed and no wifi in this room. Finally the room was right next to the jaguar bar and despite sleeping with ear plugs, the music and people were too loud so we couldn’t sleep (note: Friday night and ended around 11). I am not sure what are the other options in Belize city though. Also this was room 132 so maybe other rooms are ok?

Pros:

The staff and front desk were amazing with great customer service . I can't remember names but I was especially pleased with Priscilla( if that is not her name) - she is of Indian / mestizo decent . Great smile - knew my name "Karla " and although they were all patient and pleasant - she was always laughing . Service with a smile. Ty

El tamaño de la habitación.

Cons:

La habitación era oscura y estaba ubicada cerca del restaurante. Nos despertaron a las 5:00 a. m. porque, al parecer, estaban moviendo mesas y sillas. La comida del restaurante no era muy apetitosa. Además el transporte al aeropuerto me lo habían confirmado a 25 dólares por mensaje y al llegar me cobraron 27, no es el monto es el hecho de no respetar lo conversado lo que me molestó.
