Very clean. Good staff.
Pros:

Accommodations were good. Very clean

Cons:

Next to Gym which is a little noisy and the street noise as well. I think we were there because of the pets.

Clean, facilities and restaurants onsite were great.

Cons:

The person at the desk wasn’t able to provide recommendations, and the water taxi schedule was old and outdated. This caused us to pay more for an express taxi because the time we were going for no longer existed.

A welcoming, modern, clean, and relaxing hotel in Belize City.
Pros:

Great service at the front desk, nice modern hotel and the restaurant which was very good. Also the rooms were very updated, spotlessly clean, good AC, good wifi, and very comfortable in general. The in-room safe worked and the bathrooms were updated and exceptionally clean. The hotel also has a nice courtyard with the pool and restaurant that has lots of greenery and palm trees and was very relaxing after a long day of work. Also, the restaurant was so good that we dined there every night and the service was also very attentive. Excellent hotel, and I travel very frequently, so I know what I am talking about. Also, they were very good about sending messages offering assistance with transportation, tours, etc. Very proactive.

I would probably avoid staying there again if possible.
Pros:

Restaurant was decent.

Cons:

The noise from pool/bar was too loud. My room was also next to a door that connected the outside rooms to the main lobby… I could hear the door close every time someone went through it.
