Location to airport, beds very comfortable, the courtyard setting, the bar and restaurant.
The only thing is that it could use some updates in the courtyard area and restaurants. Lighting in the rooms could be improved.
Restaurante muy costoso, no tenía desayuno incluido pero un buffet muy amplio y dado que se acostumbra un desayuno americano pues no compensa el precio con la cantidad que se consume. Total optamos por el menú para pagar lo justo.
El hotel está muy bien pero los alrededores son establecimientos comerciales de maquinaria y vehículos. Nada agradable de visistar.

The hotel is big, with a good location. The room is comfortable and the hotel offers tours and transportation
Restaurant and tours are a bit pricy, but overall, a good hotel.
They have done tons of renovation and expansion to the hotel. The garden is beautiful. Love the colorful vegetation and cleanliness of the property. Apart from the front desk personnel, the staff are warm and friendly
FRONT DESK ONLY!! ...Upon check in we were informed by front desk that they overbooked us and there were no rooms available and needed to relocate us to another property. Booked 36hours prior to arrival and no one reached out to inform us about the overbooking. My husband told them we were not going to another property and in a matter of seconds, our room was available. Front desk experience left a bad taste in our mouths. We came on last minute trip in October and also got the same treatment, so we certainly feel like we are not welcome.
They double charged me and are not responding to my request to rectify the problem

Only 1 luggage cart with broken wheels. It such a big hotel that is not practical.
The hotel has a beautiful open tropical space in the middle, with hotel rooms
surrounding it. Although this is a great feature, the hallways to the rooms is open and it becomes very noisy. Unfortunately for our stay we had high school students groups on vacation and as teenagers will be, they were loud, slamming of doors till late in the evening . Just bad timing.
Our premium king size room was quite nice, spacious and a clean nice bathroom.
