Older rooms, need to be updated. No continental breakfast available. They messed up our room keys and we couldn't get into our room or the side access the 2nd night. Our checkout was at 11am and they were knocking on our door and calling our room to see if we were leaving well before checkout time, which was rude.

Room smelled awful when I arrived. The wifi did not work. In the morning, I was told the health department had a problem with their kitchen and they were not allowed to even make coffee. There was one banana and a few pre-packaged breakfast bars available. The pool had a covering that looked like it had been in place a very long time; leaves, rain water, and other debris were on top of the covering.

When I went to check in, I waited at the front desk for at least 15 minutes and called both phone numbers that were offered on the front desk and the front door and I could hear a cell phone ringing and the front desk phone ringing and nobody was in sight. Finally a young person was seen staggering down the hallway with long wet hair covering his face and I started asking them if they worked there? He finally answered me stating that he had just gotten a shower (irrelevant), then stating that his shift started at 11 p.m. and it was 11:02 & he would get me checked in as soon as he could. He informed me that the T.V.'s were out at which time another employee joined him, he never asked me what kind of vehicle I drove, never told me the wifi password. Told me my room number with slurred speech and that was it.

The pool wasn't open, nor the gym

There were no ice machines. There was no cable tv. The advertised swimming pool has been closed for several years. The once fine breakfast was nothing now. Used to be a hot breakfast, coffee, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc. Now it was some granola bars and bananas. A small coffee pot was not even working. Terrible from how good it used to be. A terrible disappointment all the way around. Oh yeah, woke up in the morning and there was a stray cat in the room!

Nothing we moved around the conner to the Motel 8 and that was a huge improvement.

Actually, did not stay overnight. Facility was dirty. Hallways and stairways dirty. Room smelled awful. Room was dirty. Sheets had something on them. Toilet had yellow stains. Staff offered to switch our room, but we opted not to stay. Requested refund.

No tv. No cable. The clerk was very nice & apologized & told us how to get our shows on our phone. Not fun watching tv on your phone. Hopefully this gets rectified very soon!

Half of the things were broken or unavailable. Did not match advertising. No breakfast. No pool. No ice. Staff was really rude as well.

Dianna, the desk clerk. Absolutely rude, her attitude left much to be desired. There was no TV, the pool wasn’t open and there was also no breakfast, all of which were advertised. Despite all of that we would have stayed had Dianna not had the attitude. She should not be working a front desk position.

The room was dirty. I don’t think the carpet had been vacuumed in weeks, as there was fur, toe nail clippings, and a mystery green substance on the carpet. The beds were clean but the bathroom was questionable. The “continental breakfast” was non existent.

TVs not working anywhere in the facility,mold on shower panels, water temperature handles backwards so hot was where cold usually would be, very limited breakfast, coffee, apple juice, milk, instant oatmeal, 2 kids cereals, period.

Room 109 had ants all over the table and smelled like rotten pizza. They moved us to room 101 there were stains all over the room and furniture, it smelled like weed and smoke, and no tv. When asked about these things I was told no one else complains about not having tv it’s been like this for a long time. I asked for a manager and was told there isn’t one and finally the worker got the owner on the phone. They couldn’t give me a refund right away so all my money was tied up in holds and fees so the solution was an $8.00 refund. There is ZERO breakfast out. A gallon of Sunny D and no food. I am not one to complain about a budget hotel/motel etc bc you get what you pay for but I’ve stayed at two other hotels literally right beside this place for the same price with far better facilities. This place is shameful and the owner should be ashamed that they allow there staff to have to field complaints bc of how awful they keep this place.
