That people that ran, the desk were nice and helpful
Pros:

I went there to be close to where the hospital was. I could see the hospital from my room at the hotel.

Cons:

I had received the handicap room which they had a walk-in shower, which worked very well for me. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I happen to bring my own pillows so everything went well.

One of my favorite places to rent out of room for me and my family

Pros:

When I arrived at the hotel, the girl at the front desk was very friendly.
When the cleaning lady came out, she was very kind and asked me if I needed anything.

Cons:

I went straight to the bathroom and found an electronic cigarette. I don't know whose it was. There was hair in the bathtub, and the curtain smelled bad.
I wanted to catch up on my work at the desk, but the plug didn't work, so obviously, the lamp didn't turn on either. Of the five lamps, only one on the nightstand worked; the others were missing bulbs.
In the morning, I tried to make coffee, but it was a disaster. I only poured half a glass of water, but apparently, they hadn't cleaned the coffee maker, and more than two glasses of water spilled out.
Breakfast was bad. The coffee ran out, and the employee got angry when I asked for more. The apples were rotten. Overall, the breakfast was a joke. I saw employees taking things from the breakfast buffet, finishing the coffee without making more, and putting out frozen hamburgers. It's fine for the hotel to be nice to its employees, but it should also take guests into account. The employees in the hallway aren't willing to help. Maybe it's not their job. I extended my stay for one more day for medical reasons. I asked the receptionist if I could do so for the same price, and she said no, which is silly because the hotel could have saved itself the commission.
