Would stay again.
Pros:

Friendly check in. Breakfast was ok. Was able to change rooms to a handicap without any issues. Very clean.

Cons:

More breakfast choices would’ve been nice. But not worth a bad rating. Everything was hot and plenty of food.

I literally felt something biting me i have pictures of bite marks frm the bed i was sleeping in here absolutely disgusting and when i tried to call the desk the phone in my room did not work will never book this place again

Nice stay.
Pros:

Mathew was very good with us fixing what was not working in our room. He was very diligent and took care for us. He fix everything ASAP.
Breakfast was very nice. Always full and lost to choose from. In general all the employees that I interact with were very friendly and nice.

Cons:

Rooms need tlc. Carpets are rough, base boards and things that were not working. Like the blower and tv remote.

Our favorite BW whether it’s for business or pleasure. Convenient to beaches and Jax.
Pros:

This is a hidden gem close to the beaches without the beach rates. The manager Thomas is a really nice person and always takes care of my reservations personally. The night guy DJ is super as well if anything comes up during your stay. My business has used this hotel many times and my wife and I love staying here when in the area to visit family as well. Rooms clean and as expected.

Pros:

I have stayed here before, that's why I picked this hotel again. Shower was nice and hot. Pillows were good too.

Cons:

No Sausage or bacon at breakfast. Cereal taste a bit stale.

a decent place to stay in Atlantic Beach
Pros:

Room was adequate but pillows too small and bed covers were thin, not a cozy sleep spot. The evening desk clerk gave vague directions to the room, wrote the room number on the keycard pocket illegibly, and was in general very cold. I couldn't get the tv to turn on and she came to the room and got it on but it later turned itself off and it was late so I just ignored. The desk clerk this morning was a complete reverse: friendly, smiling, etc. I skipped the breakfast but it looked okay. The price was fine esp compared to the beachfront hotels that are expensive even now in November.
