Close to relatives we were visiting.

Cons:

Dirty room. Surfaces not cleaned. Mattress has huge visible stain. Carpet dirty. I always wear socks on carpeted floors and the socks were so dirty after a couple hours walking around. Couch had visible stains. When I mentioned to the front desk some of the issues , the desk person just said they ‘were going to rip the cleaner a new one’. Not my intention. The cleaner should have cleaned bathroom and surfaces, but the whole room needed to be cleaned. Room was price surged to $250/night due to middle school basketball tournament that we weren’t aware of. More than twice the rate. That’s on us since we didn’t know.

Good with one caveat
Pros:

Room was nice and the breakfast was great. Hot items were actually hot! One thing that disturbed me was when we first entered our room, there was a charger plugged into an outlet by the bed. It could not be missed as it was black on a white bed. It was weird and made me a bit uncomfortable that it was left there after cleaning the room. So, I looked around to ensure everything was in order. The Kleenex cover had dust on the top.

Totally recommended!
Pros:

Location was just right off I90. We were assisted by Nathan for our c/in and out process, and he was friendly and very helpful with our requests. He gave us options of choosing the room and since we asked as long as the room wasn’t too close to the elevator, he then just said he would give us a room on the top floor to ensure we would have a restful night.
We requested for a 30 minute late check out when we found out our son’s game schedule at HUB Sports was changed to 12:30 and Nathan gave us another hour for the late check out so we didn’t have to wait too long on the field. We

The room was clean. Good water pressure for the shower. It was a bit noisy because we could hear doors opening and closing from other rooms but otherwise everything was good.
The pool was also clean although it might need better ventilation.

Breakfast options are okay and the staffs who were in charge were nice and friendly.
This hotel offered complimentary hot drinks at the lobby. Coffee tasted pretty good too so we didn’t need to bother looking for a coffee shop.
If our son’s team has a game again in the area, we’re sure going to choose this hotel again for our stay.

Pros:

We liked the hotel fine except for the floors in the hotel room.

Cons:

The floors in the hotel room were VERY slippery. I walked across the floor in my socks and it was like a skating rink. I slipped and twisted my ankle.

Location is great. Swimming pool was working. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Room is not that clean. Shower faucet was not working well. Water was not draining well during showers. Weird thing about room service ( You need to let them know you wanted the room clean before 9am and if you need additional towels). One staff was dismissive with our request, good thing another staff did above and beyond with the missed room clean up.
