Not worth the price
Pros:

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good.

Cons:

How tub was out of order, outside door frame of room entrance had something spilt all over it, bathroom in room was dirty, kept finding long dark brown hairs throughout room, bathtub plunger to turn into shower wouldn't work.

Pros:

4 star for staff friendliness. 1 star overall rating. Door frame entering our room had something brown/yellow all over it. Inside the room, we kept finding dark brown, long hairs. The bathroom floor was dirty. After starting the tub & pulling the lever to turn to shower, the water continued to come out of the tub rather than the shower head. Pillows were lumpy. I really try & stick with Best Western hotels when we travel, but will not be staying here again.

It was an excellent choice for the nights stay and to visit a relative.
Pros:

We had leftovers from a previous breakfast so only had a couple of thins from their breakfast. It did look like we woild have expected had we eaten there. We have stayed here before as the location is great for what we wanted.

Cons:

The only downside was the slow elevator. They could stand to have another on with the size of the hotel.

It was a great stay, we are always outside most days, hotel is not fancy but staff are all very attentive and friendly.

Cons:

The pool was randomly closed, found out only after getting all the kids ready to go swimming. And no one knew why the pool was closed. Staff thought it was all day. Went somewhere else near Spokane to go swimming, and when we came back, the pool was back open...

Very out dated, stains everywhere. Staff just didn't seem to give a shit.

Good experience
Pros:

The Liberty Lake Best Western was comfortable and quiet. They were helpful with a roll away bed even though we were charged for it. We stayed there because of an area fire and were so relieved to find a room. Breakfast was good too.

Staff is GREAT
Pros:

Clean, spacious room. Staff is GREAT, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is much better than most "free" or "Included" from other hotels. This is a a great stop on a road trip from Seattle.

Clean Hotel, nice rooms, good location, friendly staff, A/C needs updating.
Pros:

Facilities were nice, room was clean, quality of materials was medium to high. Room was very large, the amenities and extra community options were cool (did not get to try them out). Staff was nice.

Cons:

A/C unit ran at odd intervals and it was not the right size for the room. My family and I got too hot in the middle of the night, even with me setting the unit to its coldest setting and on its highest fan setting. Having an available ice maker on every floor would have been nice. But had to go up a floor to get ice.
