The tubs were dirty looking rust stuff splashed on walls

El espacio entre las escaleras y el pasillo huele a mariguana ,estuve ahi una semana y media y nunca fueron a limpiar el cuarto ,yo tuve que limpiar .
An pasado casi dos semanas de que estuve ahi y no he recibido el reembolso de mi deposito ni por los dias qué no me quede en el hotel .
The rooms were a good size and two or more could move around comfortably. Check in and out was easy.
Bathroom is claustrophobic. Only got 2 towels for our four night stay. Pool was ice cold. Smoking area had dangerous furniture and was dirty. The overnight desk person that is also responsible for putting breakfast out would be seen sleeping. Breakfast got put out late.
I liked that it was in a good place in the city and the night shift lady was great at her job as well
I didn't like the fact that the pillows look like what would be on my couch meaning they were very small. I didn't like the fact that they had to come into our rooms several times for several issues. First issue was the TV was freezing up on us. Second once the TV worked, we realized the remote didn't match the TV. Third our refrwas making noises so loud that we had to unplug it to sleep. Fourth, half the plugs in in our room didn't not work as well, so we all had to alternate one plug in to charge our phones. I 100 percent would never recommend this place to anyone!
The pool area that was about it…
Tv to small and was messing up sometimes, can be updated for it to be saying 4 stars online, i didn’t like the noise and bumping I hear above me and outside the doors

Dirty, smell bad on first floor bed was hard, didn’t give blankets and pillows where small not regular pillow sizes.
We had somewhere to sleep
It stinks the toilet was messed up and there was never face towels

The location and cleanliness of the hotel were exceptional. And the employees were very friendly and professional. I would stay here again. No question
