La tranquilidad poco ruido, sus jardines muy bonitos, aunque no tuve la oportunidad de caminar por ellos por el poco tiempo que estuve.
La habitación de manera general muy bien y limpia, solamente un detalle el clima, hacía un ruido que o podía dormir, por ratos se apagaba el clima luego se encendía, tardaba en encender, la verdad por ese lado estuve super incómodo, podrá tener muchas cosas muy bonitas pero el asunto del clima hecha a perder todo.

Excellent value for money. Directly in the city center, close to a huge shopping mall.
1. Breakfast: overpriced, Mexican cuisine only.
After 5 weeks in Mexico we would have appreciated something more neutral/ international / European. But I understand that in Tuxtla it’s mainly Mexican nationals visiting who appreciate exactly this. :-)
2. Loud music until late midnight hours coming from the street. Very disturbing, especially if you have a room in the very back area of the hotel complex.
las instalaciones son bonitas, la regadera es genial por la fuerza con la que cae, el personal muy amable, tuvimos un detalle con la llave y lo solucionaron.
El colchón, no me pareció muy cómodo.
