La falta de comunicación, nos tocó quedarnos sin agua y luz. No fue suficiente ni oportuna el aviso

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta ya que se encuentra en la zona dorada de la capital y hay acceso a muchos lugares cercanos, el hotel es muy bonito y las habitaciones son espaciosas, el staff fue siempre amable.
La amabilidad del Personal, la ubicación del hotel y sobre todo que tienen servicio de Internet y que prestan los equipos de computo para trabajar.
La puerta del cuarto que nos quedamos se veía un espacio entre el marco y la pared. Tienen que arreglarlo, de ahí todo bien con el trato y la comida muy rica.

Il faisait chaud et humide quand nous sommes arrivés et la climatisation faisait énormément de bruit. Impossible de la laisser allumer le soir donc on étouffe rapidement dans la chambre.
La moustiquaire devait la fenêtre de la salle de bains avait un trou donc des moustiques sont rentrés par là.
Nous entendions les gens parler fort devant notre chambre vers minuit.
Rien n’a été expliqué à l’arrivée sur les horaires d’accès à la piscine ou sur la possibilité de petit-déjeuner.
L’établissement présente un excellent petit-déjeuner mais c’est en fait dans le restaurant accolé à l’hôtel. Le prix était de 285 pesos par personne pour un buffet à volonté (la nourriture était très moyenne et le prix cher pour ce que c’était)

Wifi and staff were excellent
There were problems with the hot water, the electricity, water. The swimming pool was tiny, nothing like the photo Tuxtla is not a city to go to for a vacation. There is no reason to go and almost nothing interesting to visit.

Las instalaciones muy bonitas y limpias . El personal muy muy amable, la comida del restaurante está riquísima..
Que no hay roomservice... También sugiero que pongan máquinas expendedoras de refresco, uno tiene que salir al Oxxo a comprar. Uno de los días que estuvimos ahí, hubieron huéspedes que estaban tomando cerveza en la alberca, no me pareció correcto ya que no esta permitido, de acuerdo al reglamento que tienen en la piscina.
