El personal es muy cortante, no te dan ninguna opción, ni recomendación a lo que preguntas, no hay disponible ni siquiera comprándolo ningún insumo extra adicional a lo que te ofrece la habitación, aunque hay tiendas muy cercanas, no te ponen agua, no entraron a hacer la limpieza de un día al otro. Cuando llegas te dicen que debes dejar un deposito de $100 USD lo cual no avisan previamente para considerar esa cantidad, hasta que estás ahí y es el equivalente a una noche extra. Si lo devuelven, a mi me lo devolvieron a la tarjeta aproximadamente 10 días después de que hice el check-out.

Todo. Se anuncian con piscina, y está cerrada por la administración pública por insalubridad. La recepción está cerrada y solo tienden por una ventanilla, y encima aún dicen que por Covid 19...
En la habitación todo está roto... muebles, cortinas, frigorífico, tv, ... con dos toallas justitas y dehilachadas, y 2 pastillitas de jabón. No había ni perchas.
Todas las zonas comines sucias y sin barrer.
Un desastre, en contraste con la web donde incluso mencionan un supuesto desayuno continental.

It was not upto standard for a Hotel or even a motel

When we got there the pool had been closed for over a year.

Property definitely needs work. Furniture wasn’t just outdated, it was cracked and chewed up. There was a big crack under our hotel door to the point I could see daylight outside, so we had to put towels down to make sure bugs didn’t come in. Pillows were hard as H*LL! And Towels are way too small. Unfortunately their pool was out of service due to health hazards.

Is old and in bad shape

Room had worn out Furniture, wood furniture was coming apart, couch had many stains and curtains were outdated and so was the bed comforters. In their advertisement they’re showing rooms that are remodeled with modern amenities. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi have been closed since Covid and I was unaware of that that’s why I booked. This hotel was to use the Jacuzzi that was the start of me being unsatisfied.

The pool was closed and our next door neighbors kids were noisy and weren’t respectful to other guests
