Convenient off highway but breakfast is bad.

Good location, right off the highway.

Cons:

The breakfast was awful. Not only were the hot items not good so I ended up going with some packaged instant oatmeal but it tasted stale and so bad. I couldn’t eat it so I had to go and get breakfast elsewhere. Kind of defeats the purpose of booking a hotel with breakfast so that I could save time/money on my 8 hour drive.

Decent place to stay on your way down I-10
Pros:

Great place to stop for the night before heading into New Orleans. Close to great places to eat and easy access to interstate.

Cons:

The rooms were clean but the facility could use some updates like new carpeting in the hallways.

Relaxing stay, and wonderful location! Close to everything.
Pros:

I slept well in the beds, my husband on the other hand did not. I guess it’s just preference over soft/medium/hard.

Cons:

It felt like an older hotel, not 2026 updated.

The location was great.

Cons:

A baby roach was found in the bed. And beware because they charge you DOUBLE plus a $100 damage fee so $436 dollars later we stayed for only one night and I’ve yet to receive my $168 back or damage deposit which I was told would go immediately back on my card at check out . Never have I had to pay for a hotel room TWICE. They acted like it was completely normal to authorize my card for the total amount the day of, then pay that amount again at check in on top of the damage deposit. Crazy
