Located close to restaurants the Slidell Museum is a must also Kenny's for seafood and NOLAs for dinner.
The room was real comfort. Bed was very comfortable. Very nice room.
Computer problems upon checkin and checkout. I blame internet services that the hotel subscribes to. It made it hard in staff with lines forming.
There were 2 roaches in the room. One on my bed and the other was on the night stand. I asked to change room, my room was changed, and then I found another roach in the room. So 3 roaches total. They may have an infestation problem.

The staff was nice, breakfast was simple but good. I liked the weight assisted pull-up/dip machine in the workout room. It was a great place to crash for a night on our way back home.
The location is a cluster of hotels off the main road in Slidell. It's not a luxury place, and the pool was small and uninviting, being right next to the parking lot. But it was a crash pad, so it met our needs.
The bathroom area is small and the toilet needs to be updated to a comfort height.
