Pros:

Liked the room concept with two small but separated rooms. Full equipped kitchen was wonderful (even though I didn't use it - but the possibility was exceptional)

Disappointed with the value compared to cost.
Pros:

The Breakfast was terrible. The eggs were pan fried no flavor. The Sausage were salty and cheap.
The bagels were dried out. The ketchup was watered down. And the individual packs of syrup were hard as a rock. We basically did not eat our Breakfast. The worst Breakfast I have every experience at a hotel.

Cons:

The Breakfast needs to be higher quality.
Also the lady that checked me in wanted full payment on my Credit Card, And would not take the $50x2 a night for a $100.00 deposit wanted the full amount on my credit card. I wanted to pay cash for the 2 nights. And take a $100 damage deposit,
Made me do $200.00
I still paid for the 2 nights upfront and put $200 on card as a hold. No managers available to talk to

Pros:

Arrived at hotel, had booked a Queen Suite, with pull out couch, when arrived was told they did not have that set up anymore although their advertisement on the Best Western website stated they did, so requested a Queen suite, was given a room with 2 double beds. limited toilet paper, when asked for another roll was told none available. If it had not been for the fact that I would have been charged for the rooms I would have gone somewhere else, if this is the way a Platinum member gets treated, never again

Pros:

my wife and me stopped here on the way home from Alaska and was greeted by a nice young lady at the front desk, was given a nice quiet room and the beds were very comfortable.
I would have to say it was one of the best night's rest on the trip.
Breakfast is on the 2nd floor and it was very nice..
If I find myself in Grande Prairie again, I will be staying here!

Pros:

Great hotel, clean, friendly staff, great bed slept like a baby the pillows are awesome. The breakfast was above and beyond perfectly cooked eggs, bacon, sausages, so much more delicious and it was free :) Top notch Italian restaurant attached to the hotel, (make sure you make a reservation) it is busy.

Great Stay
Pros:

Very Comfy Beds. Good sleep. Nice staff. Better lighting than I’ve seen at other BW’s. Clean washroom. Great Breakfast. Air conditioning works very well. Heard my neighbours making babies. The man came out satisfied and his kid seemed horrified
(Didn’t see a woman). It really brightened my day. Enjoyed my goon session and the complimentary lotion really helped. Really enjoyed my stay.

good central location
Pros:

Average hotel that did the job for a kids hockey tournament. shower pressure was good, beds were comfortable. there are couple options to eat within walking distance.
Parking can be a bit tight on the weekends as the parking lot is shared with a Pub and a Restaurant, but always good find a parking spot when needed.

Home away from home
Pros:

The premises are very welcoming and comfortable. The staff is great and helpful.
My husband had knee surgery, and the Best Western had a proper "accessible" room, that was well set up for a person with mobility issues.
From now on, this will be our choice hotel when we go to Grande Prairie.

A great hotel, would stay again
Pros:

Hotel was good, lots of parking, prompt service. Room was clean, hotel was clean. Breakfast was hot and had good selection, gentleman working breakfast was attentive.

Only oddity was shower was tiny, a little corner shower that was the smallest I’ve seen in a hotel in a long time
