The unique design, the friendly and helpful staff, the bar inside the lobby for us to start our night, the speak easy room ( top secret) and it was clean.

Cons:

The amenities didn’t work; the phone, the iron, and the tv remote.

Stay was good and should’ve changed rooms
Pros:

Staff very helpful and friendly

Cons:

I should’ve asked to change rooms and didn’t know if there were any available to do so. The room had an odor as if it had recently been wet and had a moldy air that didn’t circulate well

Overall the best place to stay for any event at the Alamodome.
Pros:

I was going to a concert at the Alamodome so the location was PERFECT! A very easy walking distance, and it was so nice after the concert to be back at the hotel so quickly. It was also nice that the bar/lounge was open after the concert so we were able to have a drink and some snacks to relax after the show. There were many other people from the concert doing the same thing talking about the incredible show we just saw. I would honestly never stay anywhere else if I were going to another show at the Alamodome.

Cons:

Overall nothing negative to say, the valet was quick and easy, if anything, when we were checking in they were out of luggage trolleys and it would have been nice to have one available.

Staff was beyond friendly and helpful, location was excellent for a show at the alamodome. Loved that they incorporated the concert in the decor and music!

location was perfect for walking distance to the Alamodome as well as the riverwalk area. there are lots of cute cafes and places to eat. having the parking was very nice as well even if it seems a little expensive if you are already paying to stay, it was comparable in price to other surface level lots.

parking was a tad expensive but only because you are already paying to stay at the hotel. for price alone, it is comparable to the surface level lots. cafe downstairs was overpriced and coffee wasn't great.

Has become my new go to hotel for San Antonio.
Pros:

I love the new style feel to the hotel. The location was fantastic especially since it was close to the Alamodome. The employees were very friendly and professional.

Cons:

Only negative I would have is that the coffee machine wasn’t properly cleaned.
