This is a great place, I would stay here again.
Pros:

I liked that it was really close to the convention center and that the room was nice and big. The staff was also really accommodating and kind.

My room was really humid, like my baby’s formula was sticking together.

Great staff, great prices, great location. Worth itttt

The location is great value - prices are low but the quality is high. The room was very spacious & well decorated. It was quiet & great hotel location close to the Riverwalk. The valet was a nice touch & all the staff were helpful & responsive.

Cons:

The lock to our room wasn’t functioning from the inside. It still locked from the outside & was safe, but it felt a bit eerie not being able to have the security of locking the door.

Love the stay
Pros:

Loved the location and the room its clean and comfy.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that they ignored my request on one thing, which was that the TV didn't want to use YouTube. I tried to connect YouTube with my phone, but it would just get stuck on the logo. I went to the front desk to advise them, but it seems they didn't care about my request.

Adequate but not a wow. I would stay somewhere else if I ever go back to San Antonio.
Pros:

It was relatively clean and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The location was too far from the actual Riverwalk to be called riverwalk. I had to walk 20 minutes to get there. Also the room was noisy at night with street traffic.
