It was an enjoyable stay and breakfast was excellent.
Pros:

Tonya, the host at the front desk , was most accommodating. She found action that was near the front (not so much walking since my friend has a bad hip) . We even received a discount because the parking area was under renovation.

Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and greeted us like he was really happy to have us there. This hotel was probably the cleanest and freshest smelling hotels we have ever been in. It was spotless. Perfect location being only about 1000 feet off the freeway.

A wonderful comfortable place to stay
Pros:

The staff were super friendly. The rooms were absolutely amazing and so so clean everything smelt fresh and inviting the pool area was immaculate, even though they were somewhat under construction. Everything was quiet, comfortable and delightful.

Cons:

The parking lot was a bit of a mess with very large potholes the rain made it impossible to see until you were on top of them

Pros:

We stay here often as our daughter is in college nearby! It’s close to things and very comfortable!

Cons:

The construction has made it a little tricky the last two trips but still, the staff is wonderful and it’s clean!

Great for families
Pros:

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. As a member, we were able to take advantage of a later checkout, which made our departure much more relaxed and stress-free.

The complimentary breakfast was very good, with plenty of options for everyone in the family. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay.

The best part, though, was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member we interacted with went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a wonderful experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

Awful!
Pros:

Awful! Air conditioner rumble all night! Something (spider?) bit my husband in the night & he got hives! The whole night was disturbed by traffic & people loud in the hall. I got 3 1/2 hours sleep according to my Apple Watch. There was a “jumpy spider thing” in the bathroom in the night when I got up for the bathroom. Breakfast was minimal with terrible coffee. I mentioned it all to the guy as I was checking out & he gave me $25 off. Whopee! Don’t stay in 114!
