The staff were super friendly. The rooms were absolutely amazing and so so clean everything smelt fresh and inviting the pool area was immaculate, even though they were somewhat under construction. Everything was quiet, comfortable and delightful.

We stay here often as our daughter is in college nearby! It’s close to things and very comfortable!

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. As a member, we were able to take advantage of a later checkout, which made our departure much more relaxed and stress-free.

The complimentary breakfast was very good, with plenty of options for everyone in the family. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay.

The best part, though, was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member we interacted with went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a wonderful experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

Awful! Air conditioner rumble all night! Something (spider?) bit my husband in the night & he got hives! The whole night was disturbed by traffic & people loud in the hall. I got 3 1/2 hours sleep according to my Apple Watch. There was a “jumpy spider thing” in the bathroom in the night when I got up for the bathroom. Breakfast was minimal with terrible coffee. I mentioned it all to the guy as I was checking out & he gave me $25 off. Whopee! Don’t stay in 114!

Shoutout to Jennifer for the amazing breakfast. Specially the thought of making two types of Omelettes (Cheese and Veggue) instead of scrambled Eggs.
On a 6 day trip you get tired of seeming scrambled eggs all mornings. 😂🤣😂

Tonya at the front desk was amazing. She helped us out the entire way when we got stranded in a city/state we are not from. The hotel was very clean, great pool for kids, had everything we needed here. 10/10 would recommend

Both front desk workers were wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. And on the way out we were all given a complimentary water bottle for the road. Our housekeeper Amber was great. I have nothing bad to say about this experience.

I have stayed at many hotels over the years, this one was my absolute favorite. Upon arrival, Antonia checked the kids and I in. She not only was wonderful to me, she interacted with my two kids as well. Through the two nights that I stayed ...the other workers there, Shawna, Aurther and Kira helped me while they were at the front desk. Gave me plenty of ideas to help keep the kiddos happy while I was in Berea. The housekeeper, Jessica was great on keeping us up with towels and me with coffee! And was always smiling. I also want to give the breakfast attendant, Jennifer a great shout out. The food was fresh and delicious! She also made sure my 3 year old had milk!
The room was super affordable and very much worth every cent. Even though there were dogs in the room next to me, once the door was shut we couldn't hear them!
Even with renovations going on the hotel and front desk were easy to get to! The entire place was so clean and the staff super friendly. 5* Will recommend!
