Room was updated and clean. Bed was comfortable.

The motel is undergoing some remodels, but it was clean and quiet. All furnishings in the roome were new, new flooring and paint. Best hotel breakfast ive had in a long time.

I have known this hotel for almost three decades. If I had known I was booking this hotel, I would have found another hotel. This hotel has so much potential but no owner (and it has changed hands many times in 30 plus years) has ever cared, including these new owners. Had to change rooms because I had no hot water, and there were beetles in the room. Moved to a room that had hot water once I realized "hot was cold, cold was hot." I've never stayed in a hotel room that didn't have a toilet paper roll holder! You do get a good size industrial brand toilet paper. Broken window shade, loud and poorly working air/heat. The guest laundry room was atrocious! The customer service rep never greeted me when I passed by - too busy on their cell phones or doing each other's hair in the back room that was visible at the front desk. Breakfast is basic and fine, except the container holding the bread and muffins smelled as if the bread and muffins were spoiled. The pool was never open when I was there, and the customer service rep just shrugged when I asked why. As a friend in the hotel industry said to me, "sounds like a Motel 6 under a Comfort Inn name." It's worth a call to the health department. Certainly not worth your money.

I don’t know where the bad reviews for this place came from, but they are all wrong. The place looks like brand-new and quiet as can be. Breakfast was great. The renovations are well done. People should be ashamed by putting reviews on line that are blatant lies.

Only thing that made it difficult was the parking lot was extremely tight and small for the hotel size.
Also the breakfast was subpar.... Looked like they just steamed everything.... Sausage was nooo good. Pool was great!

We were on our way to Yellowstone so this was just a stopover for the night. Totally fine for a one night or short stay. The property was in the final stages of being remodeled. Not really a problem. Our room had been remodeled recently and was nice. You got the impression that they were trying to make it nicer. Decent breakfast came with it.

Our first room had a large yellow stain on the middle of the bed. Hair from animals all over the floor and hair in the beds. It looked like they made the beds but didn’t change linen and didn’t clean. We asked for a different room and it was bad too. Stains on all linens. This hotel was recently remodeled but it looks like they just painted everything white and put wall paper on problem walls. This hotel used to be an icon but it’s falling apart. It’s obvious this was purchased by foreign investors who just wanted to white wash it to look clean and not fix any of the structural issues. Bubbling flooring, damaged walls everywhere, dirty, and it should not be rented until fixed.

Movement in surrounding rooms can easily be heard, as others have said loud air conditioners in rooms

Easy check in and easy check out. Breakfast was excellent. Only negative was the bath tub was a little dirty. Still a great value.

Overall it is updated but still a very old building, not well kept up and the new remodel job is not done very well.

TV would not work in my room. I was offered to change rooms. The TV in second room did not work either.
Terrible property management!!!

Easy to find and convenient. Good breakfast but the waffle batter ran out. Reasonable price and convenient to Yellowstone.

Nothing like what the pictures showed

The air conditioner was noisy - hard to sleep. In general, a very noisy hotel!

Rooms appeared recently updated.
Receptionist was friendly & informative.
Shower mat may not have been removed when it was cleaned leaving prior occupants hair!

Rude front desk

Our experience was certainly sub-par. The first thing we noticed was that there were stains on the bedding. Yikes. Makes me feel like they weren’t changed at all from previous stay. I immediately went downstairs and asked for our bedding to be changed, and was asked if we wanted a different room… I didn’t want to be entitled or rude so I politely declined and said the bedding changed would be great. After going outside to grab the remainder of our things I walked back past the front desk and was stoped and handed 2 “extra” hotel “woal” blankets and 2 fitted sheets… So I guess I’m changing the bedding…? Again, not trying to be difficult, I said thanks and went up to the room. These sheets had several pieces of hair throughout them, and too were stained in several places. We just threw some extra blankets on to of the bedding and just gave up. Our floor was not mopped/clean, our bottom of our socks were disgusting. Best part was the pool but it was not heated so the water was freezing… Overall cleanliness is very important to us, perfection is not. Very uncleanly and left a poor impression.

They show a picture of the pool table but there is no table. Thats why i stayed here, lame

Comfortable bed, nice room

One bed had blood stains, the other had hair. Tv didn't work. No phones to call front desk from the room. Full on loud fight during later hours in the room across the hall.
