Decent
Pros:

Liked that there was a kitchen. And the view was awesome!

Cons:

The toilet was hard to flush and it made a strange noise when we pushed the handle down. Also, the water in the shower wasn't hot, it was barely luke warm.

Very pet friendly and comfortable
Pros:

Very pet friendly, even had a small bark park. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bark park could use a little remodel. Some of the fencing was loose and you need to be sure to get the gate latched or it would come open.

Pros:

It is not a wheel chair accessible facility. There are steps to the pool and the patio. The rooms are very tight and the door to the outside patio has a step out with small door. The bed was ok for a one night stay but the pillows are lumpy.
It is an old building with the old motel feel for parking outside your room. It is expensive but it was a bay front.

Cons:

It was pet friendly with a dog park

Pros:

The private beach, the view from our room was beautiful in the morning. Breakfast is really good there but get there early.

Cons:

My room had a lot of ants. The tub drain was very slow. The hotel says pet friendly but they are really just dog friendly. Alot of big dogs.

Great stay
Pros:

The room was very nice and comfortable. Housekeeping came around once a day to see if you needed anything. Breakfast was fantastic. The pool was still open and clean. It was literally right on the beach and was so nice. It was beautiful. Would definitely go again. I even let family and friends know so they could go at some point and enjoy it as well. Everyone was friendly and kind. Best place I've stayed at in a very long time.

Cons:

Only thing I could say that I was disappointed in. Was that there was no pots, pans, cooking and serving utensils, and nothing to eat with in the kitchen you get. I went out to buy stuff and spent more money than planned. Then found out later by a guess, that they had a couple of totes at the lobby on the side where you can't see them, with things in it and if said you needed them you could get what you needed out. They do not tell you this at anytime even knowing when you check in you have the kitchen in your room. It would have been nice to be notified when you checked in about the totes of stuff to use in the kitchen so you are not surprised when get in your room and know you don't have to go buy things. This was the only thing I could say negative about the place.

Great beach + the perfect spot for our dog to swim and stretch its legs. Friendly, attentive staff!
Pros:

The breakfast selection was excellent. I especially loved the fresh, authentic French croissants and the wide variety of other fresh treats available each morning.

Cons:

As a suggestion to improve accessibility for individuals with mobility challenges, installing firm, stable beach mats or walkways would greatly facilitate walking and help everyone reach the shore safely.
