The nicest bad sleep I’ve ever had. Bring a pillow.
Pros:

The rooms were a great price. The rooms were much nicer than I expected. The location was great. It was right on the beach. Just a few min drive from restaurants. Lots of construction workers were staying here so lots of very large trucks in the lot. It was nice to be able to bring my dogs. Being a motel with outside doors and being on the first floor, it was pretty loud with people loading cars and leaving their rooms starting around 5 am. The toilet is so close to the bathtub that I had to sit with 1 foot it the tub to be able to sit on it. The shower was ok except the drain was clogged. I cleared it instead of dealing with maintenance or switching rooms as the rest of my party was in the room next to me. The noise and bathroom were manageable. The biggest complaint I had was the bed. I have never slept so bad. The mattress was so firm it felt like sleeping on the floor. I don’t know if the pillows can actually qualify as pillows. They were 12x12 squares with sandpaper for covers. I woke up every 20 min for the whole night. They give you 1 sheet and 1 more sheet for a comforter and place the bed on top of the ac unit. I genuinely might sleep my last night in the car so I can get a full nights rest. The hotel is worth the value. But maybe bring your own bedding . It would be nice if they put curtains on the back window too. It faces east so the room is full daylight at 6. The room has a full kitchenette but no dishes, silverware, or pots and pans.

Affordable stay and
Pros:

Have stayed here before. It’s affordable, not too far from where I want to be and I like that breakfast is free. This time I stayed in a King room and I liked that it had a fridge and microwave in the room. Lots of space in the room and bed was nice and big.

Cons:

Floor was very dirty didn’t seem like it had been mopped.

Close to downtown, comfortable stay
Pros:

Room was spacious, it had a beach view at the back. Breakfast was a good spread of cereal, bread, yoghurt eggs and fruits.

Cons:

The carpets had a smell and there was no bath shower curtain, so after we showered there was a big water puddle, not safe and nice feeling after a hot shower.
