Pros:

The location right on the beach was really nice. The morning sunrise was beautiful. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

Where do I start? The WiFi didn't work. When I called the front desk they gave me an 800 number to call to get it fixed....what?? The TV had sound all the time, but picture was only part of the time. When I asked about that, they told me to shut the TV off & turn it back on ....how many times do we need to do this?? The pillows were tiny & like laying your head on a rock! The heater was either really hot or really cold. The bathroom wasn't very clean....I found hair on the toilet & the sink. I couldn't wait to get out of there!

I would give it a 7/10, it was an ideal stay to be close to town and the beach.
Pros:

Staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast was good and well stocked. The location was ideal, near everything and loved that it was near the beach even if it was off season. The room was big and spacious and we appreciated the fridge and microwave!

Cons:

Paper thin walls, you could hear absolutely everything. The room itself was slightly unclean, we had someone’s long hairs on our comforter that I had to pick out.
I wore socks inside the room that were left brown and dirty.
Shower only got lukewarm and the curtain didn’t fit right leaving the bathroom floor with water all over it.

Pros:

View of and proximity to beach was really nice. Breakfast was good. I was impressed with the woman who was in charge of the breakfast. Beds and pillows were comfy

Cons:

Housekeeping did not come into the room at all to replace towels or make the beds. The shampoo was empty. The microwave did not work.

Plenty of Space
Pros:

I have 2 young kids and in the double queen suite I was able to fit a pack n play on one side of the queen bed in the main room and an inflatable mattress on the other side of the queen. Plenty of space still beyond that. Was nice to have the separate room with an additional queen. Fridge in the kitchen had a good size freezer with plenty of space for the food we travel with. Rooms were a little dated, but clean enough for me to feel comfortable with the kids playing around. Main drawbacks of the room were the beds could have been a bit more comfortable and the heating unit would turn on and off quite a bit at night. Beyond that, breakfast room was clean, had a nice variety of options, and had several high chairs. Parking was easy and plentiful, staff were friendly, location was convenient, and price was reasonable overall. Would definitely stay here again.

Great value, friendly staff, pretty sunrise.
Pros:

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and updated with a view. The breakfast was hot and there was a lot of options, especially for my kiddos who doesn't eat meat. We were able to request pots and pans which came in a super clean bin and looked virtually unused and new. Really liked being able to walk our dog in the out area and out on the beach. Wifi worked well. Checkout was easy via text link. Will return.
