Worth a stay , deal with the day time employees
Pros:

Love the pool and hot tub

Cons:

Night manager was kind of abrasive and not very helpful in problem solving regarding a card issue. He made me feel very judged and belittled.

Great clean place to rest.

It was clean.

Cons:

I was on the 2nd floor. The bathroom tub seemed to be one of them fast fit to stick over the old one on a previous remodel, idk If that was the case but the tub made a grip of noise while showering. You had to stay very still to keep it from making much noise while standing in it. I felt like it was going to wake up the neighbors beneath. The top drawer to the TV stand had a drawer that would not stay shut correctly so the 2nd day for my stay, I had to put a folded business card that acted like a stopper to keep the drawer in place to where it stopped it from opening in the middle of the night or while walking passed it to avoid getting scraped on the arms like the first morning. Other than that the stay was great! The Staff is super nice, friendly and you guys have some good breakfast & coffee etc.

Nice 2 Night Stay
Pros:

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a step above most hotel free breakfasts I've had, with a pancake maker and other hot food choices. Room was quiet. Key card always worked. Within walking distance of several food options. Beds had extra pillows. Enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Facilities could use some upgrades (looking at you, elevator).

Great, fun, relaxing, staycation for myself! :)

Clean, friendly and attentive staff, excellent rates, indoor pool, breakfast included, great location.

Cons:

The elevator was out of service a couple of times during my stay, (I was on the 3rd floor), going up, to turn around and go right back down for a minor issue (card key deactivated), to go right back up, was a lot!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bedding and extra pillows was in the room already. The pool was really nice.

Some things are aged and need to be updated. The elevator is super slow which wasn't the worst since I only really needed to use it when I had luggage. The hot tub was colder than the pool.

I’ve stay in some very nice hotels. The Best Western Plus was a huge minus.
Pros:

The property was nice except dog feces all over the outside.

Cons:

The front staff was nice with the exception of a woman with a tattoo sleeve. She was mean and not a nice person. The walls were paper thin and we could hear conversations in our room. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaked every time you rolled in your sleep or getting on and off the mattress. The breakfast selection was not worth the extra money as corn beef hash was served twice within 3 days of the prior.
