Lovely hotel, super clean, easy car parking and access (albeit extra charge for parking), comfortable room and bedding.

Lost one point as room advertised as including '55" LED TV' - it does not, 55 cm maybe, but not 55 inches

Furniture and bathroom are outdated, this is like 2/3 stars, not 4 stars

Had a lovely stay at the hotel and the food was lovely my only complaint really was the decor in my room was in need of sorting it was very shabby andthe bar closed to early but still had a lovely time

Very old fashion hotel, upgraded to suit - and there was no shower. Everything was old

Good location, brilliant breakfast on New Year’s day. Amazing salads. The day after the breakfast didn’t include the stuff from the previous day, however it was still very good. The restaurant is a little dear, but they have good kitchen chefs. The tips are always included in the final bill. The waiters are top notch. Very professional and kind. The rooms and bathrooms are fine, however they do not have shower cabins, so there is not much convenience for disabled people. In overall me and my family had got a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Negativo :
La mia camera (101) dava sul fondo dell'hotel, vicino alle canne fumarie del ristorante e dunque odorava pesantemente di cucina.
Non è stato possibile cambiarla nonostante la richiesta per via di un booking completo.
Il bagno mostra qualche necessità di ammodernamento.
I letti sono comodi ma nulla di eccezionale.
Il ristorante era una opzione non percorribile perché la presenza di un gruppo aveva creato un ingorgo nelle prenotazioni e attese di oltre un ora (parole del maitre)
Nessuno ci aveva avvertito alla reception e abbiamo dovuto uscire e percorre dihilometri (non ci sta nulla intorno) per cenare

Friendly English-speaking staff, excellent room and great breakfast. Easy acess with train to Warzawa center. Highly recommended

air con didn't work so room was way too hot for comfort - other than that it was ok, fairly basic

Cerraron el restaurante antes de la hora que nos indicaron y no pudimos comer.

Exactly what you would expect from a conference focused hotel. Friendly staff, large clean rooms, all the mod cons that you would expect. It would be nice if the TV had multiple languages to choose from so it was easier to link my laptop.

Struttura fuori città, ma molto bella e comoda. Arredi volutamente eleganti, anche se di gusto est europeo, soprattutto nelle aree comuni. Se non si trova posto in centro, è un ottima alternativa per chi viaggia in auto

Everything was great. Just very hard to get in contact with workers. I was hung up on a few times when trying to call front desk
