My wife and I had a Saturday night stay at the hotel, which is a short walk from the city centre, train and bus stations. We arrived slightly early, but our room was ready. The reception staff (like all the staff we encountered) were friendly, polite and professional. Our hotel room was clean and spacious. We had an issue with the TV later in the evening, which we reported to the reception. The issue was dealt within the hour by the maintenance team. Breakfast was served in a clean spacious room and there was a plentiful and varied choice of both hot and cold food and drink. Overall very good value for money and we would recommend a stay.
