Good location right next to the car park and entertainment complex

We have stayed here 9 times before
The Internet was down and the carpet in the the room was filthy and worn, we talked to the manager and was very rude stating ,what did we expect as we booked it through booking .com and got a low price ,we had booked 2 nights but it was late so we stayed one and left the next morning
CITY CENTRE LOCATION, ROOM AND BREAKFAST ALL EXCELLENT, I HAD MEETINGS IN THE CITY CENTRE
Location very convenient for station and workplace. Breakfast was good. Bed comfortable. Policy to refund appropriately where stays are necessarily cut short is excellent.
Too few electrical points - no usb/c. WiFi was very poor (essentially non-existent on first night- better on second). Shower was too weak - overhead rain shower would work better.
I didn’t stay because there was no reservation for me on their system. The staff were very good & found me another room to stay at a hotel near by

The breakfast was very good, exceot the bacon was overcooked and hard and the eggs were dry

The staff were friendly and professional and the breakfast was good with lots of choice and room to sit. The location was good for me as I travelled by train and it was good value for money too.
There were no plugs next to the bed and the TV didn't have any catch-up channels, just normal Freeview channels.
