Incredible value, clean hotel with great staff and cheap parking very near city centre.
Pros:

Staff extremely welcoming, helpful and efficient. Multi-storey car park right next door and £1.50 for 24 hours. Hotel was incredible value for money. Inclusive buffet breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

A lot of noise overnight from the air conditioning unit, or some other machinery outside.

Very good and friendly staff
Pros:

The ease of parking, the location the friendliness of staff (Jay was great Customer service and upselling) and helpfulness the room was clean and tide and beds were great the staff was smart evening Snack was good to freshly cooked

Cons:

The English breakfast was a bit plan and may be plum tomatoes and mushrooms

Terrible uncofartable stay would not use ever again

In the town centre good access to the shops

Cons:

With the heat wave did not realise this place had no air condition, booked two rooms and my kids room there was no fan supplied and the window would not open the kids slept in our room to keep cool even our room was boiling as it was cheap plastic fans that basically done nothing

Great location, clean facilities, great parking prices, 24 hour bar / reception.

The staff were very good, smart, polite and helpful.

The location was spot on.

The hotel was clean and tidy with a 24 hour bar.

Cons:

We were in room 239. The people in 241 came into our room in the early hours of the morning through the adjoining door! It was scary. 2 women, they may have been intoxicated.

My sister stayed in 243 and had to go to reception in the night due to fighting, shouting and swearing from 245. My sister and her wife were terrified.

Some of the breakfast food was cold.
