Arrivé à l’hôtel il n’avait pas reçu la confirmation de booking.com. Il était complet. Le personnel de l’hôtel a réussi à nous trouver une chambre suite à une cancellation. Merci au personnel pour avoir trouvé une solution à votre problème.

Pros:

Overall, it was fine. Towel and bed sheets were good. Very quiet.

Cons:

I looked clean at first, but found some spots were dirty. Heater was very dirty. Bedding was clean though. No shower gown, no sleepers. Mini fridge seemed not working. The bath plug was broken.
I liked the reception guy who helped me, but the other guy seemed very cold and not responsive.
Impression at the reception is very important for exhausted travelers, but the funny smell and the first receptionist gave me a bad impression.

Cons:

Shuttle from airport confusion based on my calling the hotel and making arrangements--It took me over one hour. The heater panel in my room was broken completely. The curtains didn't close so I had bright lights coming in all night.

I would never stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

Proximity to the airport was the only advantage.

Cons:

The room was sadly lacked modern conveniences, no usb connections, no easy internet and wifi connections. The room was dated, not dirty but old.
