valet and check in person. The crew were very courteous
The A/c was so loud and vibrates.
Loved the balcony. Shower was great temp. Bed was firm. Food was good. Gym was decent. Valet fit my truck.
Pillows. The pillows on the bed were awful. Look nice and fluffy, but just sink right though it.
Lå dejligt med skøn udsigt
Morgenmad var dyr og ikke så spændende

HVAC system in room was extremely loud all night long.
From the time we drove in to valet the cars (only option available for parking) to the check in, everything was great. All the staff very friendly and personable. The room itself was very quiet even with a view of the water/street. The rooms were big, clean and the beds were comfortable. The Fitness Center leaves a bit to be desired but gets the job done. The pool is half inside and half rooftop which was nice. There are water bottle fillers all through out the property and dispenses cold water.
The hotel itself is in a great location if you are departing for a cruise or wanting to check out Seattle tourist spots. It was a short walk to Pike Place Market for breakfast items on the weekend and the Gum Wall. If you go the other direction, it is a short drive to the Space Needle and Chihuly Glass Garden.
Although the hotel is on the pricier side, it is well appointed in a good location. Would definitely stay here again next time we are departing for an Alaskan cruise.
The same
I had to book one more night because our flight changed. Only to leave a few hours later. There was no exception made.
The breakfast was a little overpriced for the amount of food we were served but the Irish coffee made up for it.
The extra destination fee was too much and unexpected.
Flexibility in changing the room after the first one was literally with a view on the year e of the hotel...instead of the bay.
Restaurant. It was terrible. Service was totally untrained - they couldn't figure out how to deal with a client who had the breakfast included in the room, I mean basic stuff. And the food was awful. Burned potatoes on an overly greasy egg. I wouldn't get that not even in the worst diner down the street...
perfect location
Parking was a bit expensive but I realize waterfront squarefotage is not cheap so I so get it. The parking was extreemly conveinient so it's not a complaint.
This hotel was very dirty and the floors were dirty and the carpet was very dirty and stained .
The sitting chair is fabric and had visible stains so we never used the chair and we had the area rugs removed from the room cause we did not feel comfortable walking and climbing into the bed .
When we had the rugs removed they also moped and u can see they used dirty mop or water and then they left the cleaning bottles on the bathroom counter
Didn't like the dirtyness . Especially the room cost to get a dirty room . And the daily parking was 75 which they don't ask they just assume u are willing to pay at check in .
The property has been remodeled and is very well kept.
I liked everything. It was a very pleasant stay.
