Close to cruise port! Very clean!
A little pricey
Loved that it was right across the street from the cruise port.
Cost of the room was not worth it, especially after I learned the friends that also stayed there got a bigger, nicer room for half of what I paid for my room.
Helpful staff
Was told we had 20.00 credit and was charged for it
Very close to cruise terminal.
we had a corner room on the fourth floor, super room, beds very comfortable location tothe NCL Cruise terminal right across the road superb if on the other piers eg 91 it is only a 15 minute taxi ride to the hotel
close to all the main facilities eg pike market, front piers, shopping, hop on hop off bus for transport back to airport it was a 25minute taxi ride & very attentive staff
Location
Expensive food
$9 for a $3 water is ridiculous.
Muito bem localizado cidade linda mas hotel bem sujo funcionários diferentes dos outros Hotéis e da Cidade que foram super educados. Deram quarto errado precisou voltar recepção pedir para alterar apto.

Limpeza do Hotel
I loved that it was on the waterfront and so close to everything. We were able to walk down the waterfront and up to Seattle Center without to much difficulty. The facility was clean and safe. I liked the snack area that you could self pay at. The housekeeping staff was lovely. Also the valet staff was great as well and very helpful. The valet staff were very welcoming when we arrived and were just as kind as we were leaving.
It was cold in the room and the room didn't really darken so I was awoken early by the sun.. The main light switch was all the way down the hall so it was awkward and felt slightly creepy since the bathroom light would go off on its own. My husband would be sleeping and I couldn't leave a night light on in the hall or bathroom. The bedside lights were pretty but if you were watching TV with them on sitting up the are uncovered on the sides so you had bare lightbulls at the side of your face the whole time.
I would have liked a microwave and do expect to have one in a hotel room. I can eat only little amounts since bariatric surgery and eat at weird times.
I paid for a king sized bed and I'm betting that was a queen. My husband is 6'5. Also no one told us that the pool was being worked on and that was one of the most important reasons I picked the place. I was actually quite upset about it.
The patio area was evidently the smallest you could have and call it that. I feel i was penalized for going through a 3rd party, Booking.com.
