Leider ist der Kontakt eine Katastrophe. Rechnungsstellung findet nicht statt!
Pros:

Cons:

On Thursday, December 4th I stayed two nights. My room, a suite had NO heat. I froze all night. Then, a week later I was talking to a fellow (Doug C) who stayed that same night and he had NO heat in his room. He too froze. What the heck?

Uncomfortable, and you’ll feel violated with the door open.
Pros:

The pool was nice, but covered in bugs.

Cons:

Room service announces themselves so quietly you’ll think they are down the hall- open the door, realize you’re in there and run off leaving the door open on you to not get caught. The pillows are so lumpy from I assume washing, but balling up your packed clothes will be more comfortable to sleep on.

Great location if you are taking a cruise. Staff is great.
Pros:

room is nice. You can walk across the street to the docks for a cruise. There is food available in walking distance. The staff was wonderful, especially Sana.

Cons:

The air conditioner made a sound like a fog horn every time it came on all night. The room was overpriced for the size.

Great place to stay and beautiful location.
Pros:

We stayed at the Marriott waterfront hotel in January 2026 for 7 nights. In spite of the cold weather (low to mid 40’ F) and a lot of rain….we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Marriott.

We arrived late, after 8pm, on our 1st night but did an early check in to insure that we would be assigned the best room available for our stay. We hit the jackpot because we had a waterfront view, corner room that had windows on 2 sides so we had a waterfront view from Pier 66 to pier 68. We could see past Pier 69, the Wheel that was lite up all night. All easily within walking distance. Pike’s Market Place was walkable due to elevators that you can find that will take you up the hill to Pikes Market level. There were also stairs that you could take as well. There was also a Target that was up the hill from Pikes Market level….very convenient.

This was the slow season for the area so the Hook and Plow restaurant inside the lobby was open for breakfast only. My understanding is that restaurant is opened for lunch and dinner during the high season. Breakfast was excellent.

Being considered Titanium Elite members of the Marriott chains, we had access to the Concierge lounge. The Lounge was open for breakfast daily, with a small buffet available from 6:30am to 9:30am. Starbucks coffee, selection of teas, etc. The concierge lounge was open 24 hours so coffee, water, soft drinks, basic beer, juice were also available after 9:30am.

The valet guys were really helpful, nice, and fast. It was so convenient to call for your valet car with you phone so your car was usually waiting for us. The same for the front desk staff.

The Concierge lounge is not open Saturday & Sunday but you can eat breakfast at the Hook and Plow. The front desk can provide with vouchers if you qualify for the Concierge lounge. The voucher is good for two guests.

A special shoutout to the hostess in the concierge, lounge, Ava Lorraine. We saw her every day and she was very nice, helpful with some of our questions regarding Seattle local eating places. It was such a treat to see her every morning, a perfect person to be in the hospitality business.

Room tip: The flooring in our room was vinyl so bring your slippers. Our room had a shower only but it had a slip mat available for people with slipping issues. There was no handicap railing in the shower stall itself so you should inquire if these accommodations are needed. If you plan to spend time at Pikes Market or surrounding businesses and you have mobility issues, you should consider renting a car. Everything is a block up from the waterfront up very steep hills.

Great place to stay. We plan to stay there on our next visit to Seattle….when the weather is warmer and dryer.

Beautiful but a bit disappointed.
Pros:

I loved the location

Cons:

I was put in a "waterfront room" it had bathrobes and a balcony, which it had neither.... I was disappointed because these where both things I looked for. Although the room and veiw where beautiful.
