Legoland® Amusement Park is usually closed from November until March each year, as well as certain days throughout the year.

Pros:

Konsept olarak çok iyi, legodan otel yapmışlar. Çocuklu tatil yaptık, ikisi de bayıldı. Ortak çocuk alanları son derece güzel.

Cons:

Yatak ve yastıklar çok çok kötü. Görevli yok gibi bir şey. Odada telefon yok, resepsiyonu arayamıyorsunuz. Camların kenarları hep örümcek ağı kaplı. Temizlik ve konfor takıntınız yoksa tercih edin.

Valitettavasti erittäin pettymys kokemus.

Teimme inhimillisen virheen varauksen päivämäärissä. Lentomme olivat varattu kesäkuulle (17.06–19.06.2026), mutta hotellivaraus oli vahingossa tehty toukokuulle (17.05–19.05.2026). Huomasimme virheen vasta myöhemmin ja otimme heti yhteyttä hotelliin sekä Booking.comiin.

Yritimme löytää ratkaisua yhdessä hotellin kanssa:

* pyysimme mahdollisuutta siirtää varausta,
* olimme valmiita ottamaan myös kalliimman huoneen,
* ja koska matkustamme lasten kanssa Legolandiin joka tapauksessa, emme edes olleet peruuttamassa matkaa kokonaan.

Hotelli ei kuitenkaan tullut vastaan millään tavalla. Varausta ei voitu siirtää eikä peruuttaa ilman täyttä veloitusta, vaikka kyseessä oli selkeä ja rehellinen inhimillinen virhe.

Lopputulos oli se, että jouduimme maksamaan täyden hinnan hotellista, jossa emme koskaan edes yöpyneet.

Ymmärrän, että säännöt ovat sääntöjä, mutta asiakaspalvelussa pitäisi olla myös joustavuutta ja inhimillisyyttä – etenkin tällaisessa tilanteessa, jossa asiakas yrittää aidosti löytää ratkaisua ja on edelleen tulossa samaan kohteeseen myöhemmin.

Tämän kokemuksen jälkeen jäi todella huono kuva hotellin asiakaspalvelusta ja halusta auttaa asiakasta ongelmatilanteessa.
