The male staff member helped us with the issues that we had faced in the time we stayed in this hotel. Free coffee machine and secure safe car park

Cons:

We were put into the wrong room which made us feel extremely uncomfortable as someone else could’ve walked in. We booked a room with two single beds and had to stay in the incorrect room with one double bed and were charged twice due to staff error. We were issued a refund for the second charge but were told it would take 3-4 days. The money we were charged for the second time we were told it wasn’t paid for and the money we paid was intended to be used for our plans so had to cancel them. The woman who charged us twice didn’t deal with us and also did not apologise. We asked about changing rooms to the correct one that we booked and were told that we had to stay in the incorrect room and this made us feel very uncomfortable and dismissed.

The bed, shower comfortable good tv but no safe for valuables.
