Very clean, staff are nice. Very quiet. G9id location for the centre and the symphony hall.
Free hot drinks in the lobby is a nice touch.
There is a sign in the bathroom that advises they have things like toothbrushes/toothpastes for guests but when I asked reception they didn't have anything.
Alex, Rose, Angelica and Kelly were really nice, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Room was nice and large, lots of space to move around. Everything was clean to satisfaction! Bed and pillows were comfortable. I requested 2 extra pillows due to back problems and I was provided this with no hesitation. Location was good the centre at your doorstep. 1 small thing is the wooden mixers for hot drinks is not ideal..would suggest Wooden or metal spoons. Other than this very good 1 night stay!
Poor lighting in the room, particularly in front of the mirror.
Nothing to do with the hotel under any circumstances but just unfortunate that within 30 minutes our car was stolen from the disabled parking right outside the hotel. With the help of West Midlands Police and our tracker system the car was located within 5 hours. We were fortunate but another may not be! Therefore, I would strongly suggest using their secure car park. Its better to pay £15 than loose your entire vehicle and on top the financial damage. It was our first time to B'ham and was here for a wedding event but for us it ended up quite tragic!

Skvělá poloha hotelu, hned u zastávky FlixBus i blizko vlakového nádraží. Pohodlné postele, malý kávový servis na pokoji na uvaření kafe a čaje, pěkná koupelna. Dostupná byla na pokoji i žehlička a fen. I přes skvělou dostupnost do centra byl hotel v poměrně klidné uličce a nebyl vůbec slyšet hluk od silnice. Možnost dokoupit snídani jsme nevyužili, ale bufet vypadal moc dobře. Také oceňuji automat na kávu i čaj 24/7 dostupný v recepci.
Nešla regulovat teplota- okno nelze otevírat, zároveň nim ale táhl průvan. Nešel tedy vyměnit vzduch. Klimatizace netopila, navíc hrozne smrděla zatuchlinou, nešlo použít kvůli zápachu. Radiátor na pokoji byl, ale nešel zapnout. Teplota byla velký problém, byla nám opravdu zima, zároveň zatuchlina z klimatizace nešla vyvětrat.

Breakfast felt awkward , we were first there and the staff had little to do and stood about watching us , English wasn’t great when asking for items had to ask 3 people as none could understand what we were saying , arrived an hour before usual check in time and lady advised rooms were ready but we had to pay extra if we wanted to go ahead and check in (don’t mind as much if this was a planned early check in but when rooms are ready and nobody else will be in them what’s the point in making us pay more)
The location was great!
For the price, the room needed more pillows, te bed cover was too thin and we did get cold during the night as I don't like using heaters. There wasn't tea in the room. And the hotel dos not have restaurant or make lunches. Ah one of the side bed light went off during my reading.

Very clean & welcoming hotel. The staff were very helpful & friendly, the facilities were good. Super comfy beds & more importantly a great location in the heart of the city.
