Reviews)"Highly recommend this hotel! My name is Mohit Kumar (Room 427), and we stayed here on July 23–24. The night staff is absolutely amazing. A very kind lady on the night shift helped us both nights by warming up milk for my daughter at midnight. She was incredibly sweet and helpful. Outstanding customer service from the night team!"

I went to Symphony Hall for a concert. The location of the hotel was the best

Cons:

I think it was a comfortable stay. However, I hardly remember the room while I can remember other places I stayed in Birmingham. Lack of character.

Location was great and Staff were friendly

Cons:

We were on the 6th Floor and it was very noisy. It was a mechanical sound that lasted about 20-30 seconds and went off 9 or 10 tomes through the night which disturbed our sleep.

Pros:

Benissimo la dotazione di prese USB per le ricariche. Molto bene anche la pulizia. La finestra affacciava su una sorta di terrazza (probabilmente accessibile in qualche modo da altre stanze data la presenza di sedie). Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo anche per dare informazioni su come spostarsi verso la città (la posizione dell'hotel è piuttosto decentrata, ma questo lo sapevamo già al momento della prenotazione).

Cons:

Le dimensioni della camera sono sotto lo standard da catena alberghiera, per cui quando anche il divano letto è aperto non rimane spazio per spostare la sedia della scrivania (quindi da valutare bene se si hanno molti bagagli, nel qual caso meglio optare per una stanza di categoria superiore).

Perfect location, well-sized rooms, friendly staff,extremely quick and comfortable checking-in and check-out, coffee and magazines complimentary in the lobby.

Cons:

The A/C was a bit noisy; the bean bag chair in the room is quite uncomfortable
