Bra hotell nära till allt
The rooms were spacious, you were given 2x good sized towels and there was free tea and coffee in the lobby. Very welcome after a long journey!
Unfortunately I think the TV wasn’t connected to the internet/bluetooth wasn’t available for me to screen mirror with my phone. The feature was available on the TV but unfortunately it didn’t work.
Well placed for the utilita arena and Birmingham sights

At check-in, I was welcomed by Angelica and one of her colleagues, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember.
Lately, I have been quite concerned about being unable to sleep well, so I asked several questions about the comfort of the room.
Angelica was very kind and thoughtful. She even spoke a little Italian to help me feel more at ease, as Italian is my first language.
Her colleague was equally attentive and helpful.
I would therefore like to mention that Angelica and her colleague made me feel very welcome.
The room was spotless. The staff were lovely and friendly. A lovely welcome when we arrived

Street parking is free between 6pm and 8am, take a pic of the meter and you can then book up to 4 hours extra on the app!

Everything was of a good standard the free coffee and water and ice was brilliant the bed very comfortable and all very clean
The air con was broken in our room so we had to change room which at first we were given a second room without a bed for my son I complained and was told no more rooms available I said I can't stay here then and then was given another room only a few doors up that did have a bed for my son other than this hiccup we really enjoyed our stay
Erg fijn hotel heel goed gelegen. Heel handig is de parkeergarage eronder waar je voor 15 pond een nacht kan staan en zelfs tot en met middernacht de volgende dag.
Good facilities, very comfortable beds
Breakfast pastries were a bit stale on sunday, the cooling system made some terrifying loud noises at times
Clean and quiet
The bed was extremely comfy and I had a great sleep and I appreciated being able to mirror my phone to the TV to watch my own stuff. Was very enjoyable and well worth the price! The bathroom was extremely clean and well kept as well and the room itself was cleaned to a very high standard. Will 100% be coming back!
The light next to the door started flickering on and off after a while so I ended up turning it off completely. The rooms are exactly great for blocking out noise (especially when you're trying to sleep) but I know that's something the hotel has no control over
