On departure we charged a further 1,400 reals for „service and taxes“ and we were charged for the use of the coffee pods although there was no mini bar prices and when shown the room no one told us that they were chargeable. No tea making facilities.

The lady in the breakfast makes it feel warm and personalized she calls every guest by their name. Breakfast is delicious. The restaurant has great food and service. Brand new towels. Bed linen was super nice.
The noise from outside even with the window closed. cleaning in the rooms bathroom could be better. The phone in the room was dirty. The lighting in the room is set up so guests do not have control over it. The light in the toilet is way too bright. The lighting in the lift is poor.
