Very comfort, good price for high level hotel, but breakfest must be improved.
Pros:

Rooms are quite comfort and clean. Very modern and several features to make stay very comfort. Goos restaurante at roof top, with quality food and drinks.

Cons:

Breakfest for a 5 star hotel for this level and price paid must be improved. Although tasty, not many options, quite simple when compared to other hotels from same level in São Paulo.

Achei o café da manhã um ponto fraco. É um hotel bom, con preço de excelente. Tem opções de bem melhor custo-benefício em SP.

Muito bem localizado, lençóis e toalhas de ótima qualidade

Cons:

Elevadores super escuros proporcionando sensação de insegurança, corredores escuros e a configuração dos quartos e banheiros muito ruins.
Bancada da Pia se encontra do lado de fora do banheiro (ao lado da cama), acordando quem está dormindo ao usa-la. Vaso sanitário separado do chuveiro obrigando sair do banheiro para o quarto para chegar ao mesmo. Sem ganchos dentro da área do chuveiro (somente no quarto). Sem lógica!!!
