Hotel simplesmente fantástico, a cordialidade de toda equipe merece destaque. O quarto muito confortável, com toalhas e roupa de cama de qualidade. O café da manha delicioso, assim como o jantar e os drinks, amei!!!

Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in.
Pros:

Everything!! This hotel was worth the stay. Best hotel we’ve stayed in. Every little detail was considered and it made the place so much more special. The staff service was impeccable. What a treat!

Cons:

Nothing at all. I will advise to read about the operation of the lights/tech of the room. There’s a bit in it but they provide it all. It’s part of the luxury but might be frustrating if you don’t know how to operate it.

Cons:

Cama desconfortável, apesar das roupas de cama de alta qualidade. A cama faz barulho e o colchão é ruim. A televisão tem péssima imagem quando as luzes estão acesas.

Final de semana delicioso com atendimento impecável.
Pros:

As instalações são incríveis, quarto aconchegante, cama e chuveiros gostosos.
Atendimento foi incrível, chegamos para jantar e minha meia calça rasgou no caminho. Paramos em 3 farmácias e nenhuma tinha, a concierge conseguiu uma e rapidamente estava no quarto.

Cons:

Nada, gostamos de tudo.

café da manhã excelente, equipe muito eficiente, boa localização.

Cons:

alguns elevadores possuía as parede de madeira preta, sem qualquer iluminação interna, penso que isso poderia mudar.
