Do not recommend.
Pros:

It was a total disappointment. Even the ten year old rated it 1 out of 5.

Cons:

The room was next to a laneway: brick wall view, simply marvellous if that’s what I came to Melbourne to look at it would have been fantastic. Had a 10 year old with us, open the curtain and a vagrant had his penis out weeing right in front of our window. Went to run a bath it was dirty. The toilet was dirty and didn’t flush properly. The room was booked for two adults and a child. There was not enough cutlery or crockery. The cabinetry was broken. The breakfast was thrown out: waste of food. Cold, tasteless and not what I would expect - there was no choice given. It was outsourced to a catering company and not appealing in any way. Only after I was given the boxes was I asked if we had any dietary issues: too bad if we did!

Convenient location

Cons:

Poor condition of room. Smoke detector missing and its wires hung from ceiling. Faulty power point in bathroom. Mould in bathroom. Room needed major refurbishment. inattentive staff that didn't do what they promised. Overcharged us with no notification. Still trying to get our money. They don't answer their phone.

Location great but there’s better options around
Pros:

Location is good and beds are comfortable but that’s about it

Cons:

Staff attitudes were not great
Booking to have a queen and 2 singles got to room and beds not correct
Staff were argumentative about the booking even though it clearly shows 2 singles in booking
Then delivered dirty linen to the room
Meant to make room up correctly the next day but didn’t bother to follow up
Really disappointed

Perfect for the one night stop over for myself and two daughters. Perfect location to shop and attend the Aus Open.
Pros:

Great location. Easy access from public transport. Smooth check in. Comfy enough bed.

Cons:

Not the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in, but not a big issue.

It was fine but the apartment needed upgrading. Not worth the money we paid.
Pros:

Location was great and size of the apartment was comfortable.

Cons:

Very run down. No toilet roll holder, shower head was just a dribble of water, cupboard door all chipped, bath badly stained, tiles stained, Air con remote battery compartment taped up, power points falling out of the wall in the bedroom. Hallway full of multiple trolleys when we arrived and left, which made it hard to navigate from the lift to our room with luggage.

Position. Easy to walk just about everywhere.

Cons:

A little rough around the edges. Eg mildew in the grout in the bathroom. Laminate missing from cupboards. Having to pay for WiFi.
