En general muy buen hotel
Pros:

Lo agradables que eran las señoritas que hacen las habitaciones y l@s camareros de entresemana que dan el desayuno MUY amables y serviciales

Cons:

Algún problema con el colchón y la calefacción 🤣🤣🤣

No es un 4 estrellas

El desayuno y el personal que estaba allí. Muy profesionales

Cons:

No es un 4 estrellas ni de lejos. Están las habitaciones con unos muebles más pasados y unos colchones más hundidos que no sé en qué siglo ataviaron este hotel. Eso sí la entrada parece algo. Pero las habitaciones, los baños… no es de 4 estrellas. Ni los amenities… que de eso tampoco había. Me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque el AC no funcionaba y porque después de dos horas volví a preguntar sino aún estaba esperando respuesta. Hasta que baje de nuevo ( llamando en tres intentos desde mi móvil porque en la recepción te colgaban y el teléfono de la habitación estaba de adorno)
No volveré. Hay hoteles en la zona con relación calidad precio y estrellas más realistas que este.

Gran descubrimiento…repetiremos!!
Pros:

Me gusto todo!! Las instalaciones, el personal…hay bastante sitio donde aparcar en los alrededores del hotel. El desayuno impresionante! No pudimos estar mejor atendidos

La mejor opción precio calidad
Pros:

El hotel es un excelente opción creo que para todo tipo de viaje. Iniciar el Camino inglés desde el hotel, en todo sentido, ha sido experiencia maravillosa.

Experiencia agradable que nos haría repetir en el futuro
Pros:

Nos gustó todo en general, la habitación, la ubicación, la facilidad para aparcar cerca del hotel pero mención especial merecen Olalla y Cristóbal, del desayuno buffet cuya atención y amabilidad superaron nuestras expectativas. En general, si volvemos a Ferrol repetiríamos el hotel sin duda.
