The location was great , views were amazing for the sunset at the infinity pool. We stayed in the junior suite with the hot tub and it was superb
The food was average . Sone of the food we had at lunchtime was undercooked .
We went to the steakhouse on one of the night we were there and was ill the next day . A couple in the room next to us said they were too from when they visited the restaurant.
From the outside, the hotel appears very unassuming, but inside guests are greeted by a beautifully designed hotel with great staff. The hotel has the most spectacular rooftop pool/bar I want to say on the whole island.

Location, and only close to a very busy beach and not as beautiful as other beaches

- chambre propre, service du matin très bien
- concierge WhatsApp efficace et leurs réservations annexes (restaus ou clubs dans Ibiza) sont top
- salle de sport super bien équipée (matériel Technogym et beaucoup de poids!!)
- SPA propre et agréable, massage testé et approuvé
- rooftop joli d’où l’on voit de très beaux couchers de soleil avec un DJ
- le service des barmans en piscine est très long, quand ils ne vous oublient pas…
- Certains « BaliBeds » en piscine sont ok et d’autres sont à 100€ (même en signature level)
- le centre-ville n’est pas le plus beau
- le service de chambre du soir inexistant
- pas assez d’animations proposées en journée ou le soir

Misleading and unclear pricing of non fridge room food items for signature guests.
Lack of sound proofing in the corridors in the middle of the night made noisy returning guests very loud.
Je choisis ce genre d'hôtel pour me faire chouchouter et avoir le moins à penser et là c'était parfait. Le personnel est aux petits soins, merci particulier à Juan au restaurant El Gaucho. Les services sont top mention spéciale pour le spa. Le rooftop pour le coucher du soleil est magnifique.
Les sunbeds pour l'expérience signature Level sont très appréciables.
Au début nous avons fait deux petites remarques notamment le service cocktails sur les sunbeds qui manquait et bien elles ont été prises en compte directement, les jours d'après ils ont assuré.
Je cherche et je ne trouve rien qui nous ai déplu
