Великолепно!
Pros:

Очень большой выбор еды, каждый день новая еда, она не повторялась. Очень классный номер, все чисто, интересный интерьер, вид с окна потрясающий! В конце в номере оставили комплимент! Персонал очень хороший, дружелюбный, мне все понравилось! Бассейны чистые! Всем рекомендую!

I will be back!
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The food was lovely, fresh, and red hot. The rooms were spotless and clean at all times. And it was extra special watching the DJ and Saxophonist one afternoon round the pool. It made my day 😊 And the sunset from the rooftop is amazing.

Cons:

When eating in the restaurant it could take a while to get a drink. I would rather just do it myself than have to ask all the time

Disappointing to say the least

Where to begin

There was a data leak and they as much as confirmed this was the case a number of times, then when I spoke to manager he gaslit the hell out of me

They upgraded me to the premium package, that’s as I explained at the time wasn’t really very useful to me

Then various things happened that meant I couldn’t even really use it

I had a bloodstained robe in my room

The minibar wasn’t restocked even after asking about 5 times for it to be

When I called them at least 20 times over 2 days they never picked up, and then didn’t respond to e mails

I have now sent three e mails to the GDPR department to find out about this data leak and haven’t heard back from them

This is NOT a 5* hotel service and it was incredibly expensive for something that was not up to standard in my opinion

Nice enough hotel but it’s way over hyped on here and full of ants

Cons:

The ants some staff very grumpy - unless it tipping all the time they don’t care. Steak restaurant is the worst experience my life over priced made to pay before the food come then you have to cook it urself an absolute joke and was over 800 for 6 people and no sides come . Completely useless in there
