Pros:

Het eten is fenomenaal lekker, veel keuze aan het buffet, goede bediening

Cons:

Bij aankomst, alles in de kamer voorzien voor 2 personen, terwijl we een reservatie met 3 hadden. Meerdere keren moeten gaan vragen voordat dit in orde was.

Pros:

Zimmer für 3 Personen war sehr gross und die Betten bequem. Toll waren die zwei Balkone, die grosse Dusche, sowie viel Platz für Kleider und Koffer.

Estuvo muy bien
Pros:

El personal de recepción y restaurante. Tuve un problema médico gastrointestinal e hicieron lo posible por prepararme comidas de dieta blanda. Muy agradecida.
Las piscinas preciosas y la pequeña cala que da acceso aunque llena de gente muy agradable y bonita .

Cons:

La forma Modena de las habitaciones cn el wc y ducha comunicado a la habitación deja un poco sin intimidad

Buena estancía pero hay que arreglar el problema de aire acondicionado !!

El personal del hotel : restaurante, recepción, piscina, spa, empleados del parking/maletas... El servicio F&B es muy bueno también.

Cons:

Habían muchas partes del hotel donde el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, como los pasillos, la sala de meeting nº3 y la recepción donde los pobres empleados pasaban todo el día con los abanicos y disculpándose de la molestia cuando al final no es de su culpa... La verdad que no lo veo nada normal, hablamos de un hotel 5* con muchas personas trabajando y muchos clientes que se vienen a relajar. No se puede aceptar un fallo así, y menos cuando dura días y días...
