Good except for shower issue.
Pros:

Hôtel satisfaisant dans l'ensemble. Les chambres sont vraiment très bien. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Houston. Très proche des transports en commun.

Cons:

Le service de nettoyage a été mediocre pendant le séjour. La femme de ménage ne faisait rien. J'ai dû littéralement nettoyer ma chambre par moi-même pendant 5 jours, changer mes serviettes au niveau de la salle de sport et enlever mes poubelles par mes soins aussi. J'ai été obligé de me plaindre à l'accueil plusieurs fois pour ce désagrément. Le responsable du service de ménage est venu constater dans ma chambre mais n'a rien remarqué car j'avais déjà tout nettoyé avant son contrôle. C'est la première fois de ma vie que cela m'arrive.

Großes, nettes amerikanisches Stadthotel.
Pros:

Zentral gelegen. Restaurants, Läden etc. vor der Tür. Entspannte Atmosphäre, superfreundliches Personal. Geräumige Zimmer.

Cons:

Nichts negatives zu sagen.

Been staying here for the Thanksgiving Day Parade for the last 7 years. Great location

Pros:

Room was clean and very quiet. Staff was super welcoming and helpful. Breakfast had different options each morning, which was nice since I was staying a whole week. There is a Starbucks on the corner, too, which was convenient for that extra kick in the am.
