Lovely stay
Pros:

Great location, only a few minute walk to Jonker Street. Hotel was quiet, very comfortable and clean. Lovely shower. The staff were lovely, and very helpful. We unfortunately came back one night at around 9pm to our room smelling strongly of cigarettes (which hadn't happened before). We went to reception, explained the situation to Louise who was working at the desk. She immediately came to investigate, finding the people in the room next to ours were smoking. This was a single event, not the fault of the hotel (they say clearly no smoking allowed) and was solved so quickly without any issues thanks to Louise's help. Thank you for a great stay!

A pleasant stay
Pros:

The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The location was fabulous- a short walk to Jonker St .

Cons:

Staff didn’t engage or offer any advice. The rooms are basic and lack charm .

The hotel is lovely and on balance we would recommend staying here. Melaka is a wonderful city.
Pros:

The hotel is brilliantly located in the centre of Melaka which makes it very easy to see the sights.

The staff were great and very helpful.

The room had a small fridge which was welcomed as it is becoming less frequent as we travel.

Cons:

The room has no access to fresh air.

A little more furniture would be helpful. Even a small table with a couple of chairs would improved the room amenity.

We think the room rate per night is a little high and wasn't our best value for money stay.
However, the location is so fantastic that the value for money accomodation was offset by the convenience of the hotel to get around Melaka.

Excellent stay in melaka! Everything was perfect 👍
Pros:

Friendly staff. I forgot her name. Need to pay rm100 deposit upon check in. Cash only. Strategic location. Room comfy and clean with basic amenities. Even got safety box n chiller. Have microwave n coway at lobby floor. I stayed at room 217. Have elevator. Stroller friendly. My room very quiet not like google review said . Maybe if you get room that facing the street will be noisy. I will give 10 points if got free breakfast 😊

Cons:

No parking beside hotel. Need to park at the church or tabung haji area. Got few steps at entrance. But still can lift stroller easily. No big issue. No breakfast provided
