Pros:

立地が良いところです

Cons:

トイレットペーパーが少ししかないのに換えがひとつも置いていなかったので困りました。清掃の時に残量チェックして換えを置いておくべき。シャワールームは勾配がおかしいので水捌けが悪くて、足で水を排水口の方へ蹴らないと排水できません。水たまりになってしまうのでそのままシャワールームから出ようとするとシャワールーム横のバスマットがびしょ濡れになります。ちなみに隣の部屋の家族も同じ状態だったと言っていたのでひとつの部屋がおかしかっただけでは無いようです。夜中になぜか停電し、朝も復旧しておらず、予備電源などもないのか、全く電気を使用できませんでした。トイレ&バスルームには窓もないので真っ暗な状態でした。朝シャワー派の人はドライヤー使えないのでもっと困ったでしょうね。そのままチェックアウトするお昼ごろまで復旧していませんでしたので暗い中でスマホのライトで対応しました。スマホライトと小さな窓からの光でメイクしました。ホテル側からの案内や対応は全くなし。チェックアウト時にこちらから停電の分の値引きやサービスは無いのかと言うまで話にものぼらず。結局、何も値引きもサービスもありませんでした。せめてホテル側から先に謝罪の言葉を言ってきてほしいものです。

Pros:

The location was perfect, the staff are absolutely fantastic. I would 100% stay there again.

The room was amazing, great set up but for me, personally, the bed was a little firm.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé pour explorer la ville, les personnes à la réception très accueillantes. Literie de qualité, chambre très propre et salle de bain très confortable, rien à redire au top.

Goed hotel voor een verblijf in Melaka
Pros:

Heerlijk hotel op een super locatie, alles op loopafstand. We hadden kamer 325, prima grote kamer met uitzicht op een nep groene muur.
Airco goed te regelen, WIFI prima.
Super vriendelijke dame achter de balie met goede tips om te eten. 7-eleven naast het hotel.

Cons:

Tijdens het douchen werd de hele vloer van de badkamer nat.

Pros:

オランダ広場のすぐそばという、これ以上ないほどの最高のロケーションにあるホテルでした。初めてのマラッカでも迷う心配がまったくなく、安心して滞在を楽しめました。3泊の滞在中、出会ったスタッフの皆さんは本当にフレンドリーで優しく、毎日が心地よい時間でした。特に印象に残っているのは、バスターミナルへ向かうためにGrabを呼んだときのこと。フロントの女性スタッフが私の拙い英語にも一生懸命耳を傾け、理解しようとしてくれて、タクシーが到着するまでずっと一緒に待ってくれました。その温かさに胸がいっぱいになりました。言葉が完璧でなくても、心でつながれる。そんな安心と優しさに包まれた、忘れられない滞在になりました。

My first room no aircon and the staff change room for me to twin room
Pros:

The location is very near Jonker st. Walking distance like within 3mins can arrive. The room very clean and for me I think is good enough space.

Cons:

Depends on which room you stay. I got one facing to the street very noisy cuz they a lot three wheel car downstair. Those room facing inside without a window view more quieter than outside one .
