Wonderful staff, beautiful facility, excellent stay.
Pros:

When we entered the lobby, the staff was very kind and accommodating. We got to the rooms and the first thing I noticed was how clean and fresh it smelled. We were pleased with the rooms and the beds were comfortable. The whole place is VERY well kept up, by very respectful and friendly staff. Our family ate at the restaurant there in the evening and we all enjoyed great tasting food. The menu has something for everyone. The breakfast staff members the next morning were very personable and went out of their way to make our breakfast experience exceptional by answering our questions and accommodating our special requests. When the baby was still napping at check out time, the front desk staff gave us grace and allowed us to stay a bit longer so he could sleep. We chatted with the staff who were changing out the linens and preparing the next rooms, and they were also very friendly and respectful of our sleeping baby. Overall, we had never been to this hotel before, but we had an excellent experience.

Only stayed for one night but it was a wonderful stay.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were very helpful. The room was excellent.

Did not stay!
Pros:

Poor customer service from the manager that was on duty.

Cons:

Unwilling to listen or help from the manager. She didn’t know what she was doing. I did not stay here. I felt she was lying, unhelpful, and suspicious of me. Not sure why, but that’s how I felt. I was able to go to a different, nice, professional hotel and had no
issues.
