The on-off rush of the HVAC. The room was either cold or hot depending on the cycle of the heater in the wall.
Warm, comfortable, and staff ensured the children running down the halls upstairs were done by 10 p.m :)

Pool and pool area was cold. They checked temp after. I think it was not heating properly. I did go in there in the morning and it smelled like a real pool and warm. Not like the night before.
I wanted to surprise my kids with room and go swimming. The pool was so cold that they swam for 15 minutes. We went back to to the room and my girls played in the bathtub longer than they swam. It was also confirmed through the booking app that my request for a pet friendly room was granted at no charge. We were charged $75. The room was nice and clean and my kids liked the hot chocolate bar.
