Won’t stay there again.
Cons:

Room was not clean and in need of make over. Carpet and drapes were aged and stained. Door on inside was dirty and in need of fresh paint. Bathtub needs to be replaced, new shower curtain, ceiling tiles in bathroom needs replacing.

Pros:

I took my grandchildren and they had fun in the swimming pool and playground area. Room was clean and bed comfy.

The online reviews were very true. We were hopeful that it wouldn’t be as bad as they said, and well, it was.
Pros:

Pool area was neat but didn’t get to use it

Cons:

The bed bugs. The staff that said bed bugs are just part of a facility. All hotels have them.
The sheets were dirty and so thin you could see the mattress pad. Musky and just felt dirt.

Overall, got the job done. We were able to get some rest before moving into ASU.
Pros:

The price was very reasonable as I did not have much money after scheduling AirBNB for the wrong date.

Cons:

The "mini golf" area was not what we thought that it would be.
