Very enjoyable two nights at The Pearl!
Pros:

We stayed in the outside room the first night & wasn’t very pleased but the manager let us move inside the second night & we were very pleased with everything. Every staff member was very polite & accommodating!

Cons:

The bath tub needed work but other than that no complaints!

It was comfortable, clean and relaxed.

Cons:

The only thing was, the breakfast. We came in a little past 8:00 and most of the food trays were empty, the little food that was there was very cold. No coffee.

The pool and atrium were great only reason we came but the overall room will prob make us not return

Cons:

Room was discusting. Carpets were VERY DIRTY! room smelled like bug spray. One of our travel mates found a bed bug we learned about around 1030 so we were worried the whole time about that. Doubt we will come back

We loved the playground close to our room and the pool as well. We didn’t feel as if we were confined to the room or having to head out.

Cons:

A little outdated but I still liked it especially the suite we stayed in.

Great value and friendly staff.
Pros:

This place was great. The rooms were pretty standard but very clean and the amenities on property were great. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Shout out to the lovely woman working the restaurant/bar.

Pros:

Location though didn't get to explore mruch. Breakfast good though could have more fruit. Liked the salsa available

Cons:

When you enter the lobby the smell of chlorine is very strong but sort of understandable considering they hype the atrium. A better ventilation system is probably necessary. Glad I had a exterior room. Has potential. Seems to cater to families but looked like most guests were workers passing through or a extended stay so don't care about the atrium

We did not complete our stay due to being deceived by advertisements and booking photos.

Cons:

All of the amenities that were advertised were not available to us. We arrived on a Sunday, upon check in I was told the restaurant was closed until Tuesday. Most arcade games were out of order along with the change machine to use. Unannounced employee swiped their keycard and entered our room unexpectedly after our check in time. The way he opened the door it seemed as if he was not expecting guests to be in the room and was maybe looking for it to be empty, The surrounding area was less than desirable. We checked out and canceled our stay, the staff was friendly with that issue, I am just waiting for Booking.com to contact me for a possible refund.

Great place for a short stay
Pros:

Overall great experience with the property. The staff front the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice and helpful with questions and request. For being an open active area in the middle of the hotel, it was very quiet and there were no disruptions.

Cons:

The rooms are slightly outdated and the amenities provided were not very good products to use, but we also travel with our own toiletries so it did not affect our stay.
