Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room was kept clean throughout our stay, and we were happy with the breakfast. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, the kitchen staff were kind, and the housekeeping team did a great job. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Cons:

Todo estaba perfecto pero al final nos ofrecieron un servicio de transporte al aeropuerto y fue pésimo me tocó agarrarme con el man porque me dijo que tocaba pagarle de más, y que tenía que coger por la ruta corta y que me iba a costar 12 euros más que por un peaje
Al final le dije que tomara la ruta normal a pesar del tiempo y de igual manera no se demoró nada, los 30 minutos que siempre se demora, entonces es mejor solicitar un taxi por el servicio del Uber sabiendo que nos va a cobrar lo mismo

Gut aber nicht für Familien geeignet.
Pros:

Die Lage aber keine Autoparkplätze vorhanden. Es gab in der nähe ein Parkhaus es kostete für mein VW Bus ganze Tag 1450TL entspricht ca. 28€.

Cons:

Haben zwei zimmer gebucht, wir waren zu fünft. Haben für unsere kleine Tochter kein schlafplatz bekommen obwohl die es wussten und die Zimmern sind Sehr klein.

Kiváló szállás, mindenkinek ajánlom!
Pros:

Nagyon jó szállás, mindenkinek ajánlom! A város központjában van, ezért a legtöbb látnivaló kényelmesen elérhető gyalog is. A tenger és a kikötő is nagyon közel van. A reggeli bőséges és hatalmas a választék. A személyzet mindig kedves és segítőkész volt velünk. Kiváló szállás!

В целом все было супер

Cons:

В отделе нет одеял… я в целом понимаю, что летом спать под одеялом для кого то жарко
Но там просто плед односпальный лежит на двуспальной кровати, надо второй плед попросить
В шкафу есть одеяло, но застелить или попросить второе нельзя

Pros:

The location was absolutely exceptional, I enjoyed how the hotel is very conveniently close to Marmaray and tram lines. The breakfast was great, I liked it very much. The staff was kind, the rooms were always cleaned, and there's a coffeeshop right outside the hotel, which is a big plus for me! My only gripe is that the coffeeshop closes too early.

Cons:

We were not provided with tooth brushes. The sound insulation for room is weak, can be troubling for light sleepers, since the street never seems to sleep and there's always construction happening outside the facility. Finally, the rooms may feel a bit cramped for 2 people with a lot of luggage.

Pros:

Wij verblijven regelmatig in dit hotel en komen hier met veel plezier steeds weer terug. Elke keer opnieuw zijn wij zeer tevreden over ons verblijf. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn groot, schoon, netjes en comfortabel, wat voor ons erg belangrijk is.

Daarnaast is de ligging van het hotel ideaal: centraal gelegen en perfect als uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is binnen handbereik.

Voor ons voelt dit hotel inmiddels vertrouwd en gastvrij aan. Wij komen hier zeker weer terug en kunnen het hotel van harte aanbevelen aan anderen.

Great room and staff, poor breakfast
Pros:

Bed comfortable. Rooms clean and well designed. Bathroom great with strong showerhead and pressure. Room had AC. Towels always smelt fresh and they always re-stocked the water! Friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved on in terms of freshness and quality. Having eaten at other Turkish hotel breakfasts, this was the worst. Cheeses not fresh, midges flying over food. Rather ate breakfast outside of the hotel
